27Waitress was in a hurry to get our order then didn't even check back to fill our coffee.only talked to her 3x the entire visit.
The staff are lovely, but in no rush to serve. Also, if you read the menu is states "$1 OJ with the purchase of ANY beverage". They will NOT honor this, say it only means coffee.
Every time we visit family we stop here at some point for coffee and breakfast. The staff has always been very friendly, attentive and makes us feel welcome. The food is exactly as expected so I wouldn't say I'm wowed by the food we are always happy with our expereince.
The manager/store owner was rude. He treated me with no respect what so ever and I would not invest my hard working money into a place that treats me with no respect. Other people people may have a different opinion but I see both sides now.
First time I've been to one that wasn't located in the South. I enjoyed the grilled chicken hash brown bowl. It was filling without feeling stuffed. The staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we entered which seems rare.
Walked in and it was busy wanted to order to go the first lady wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Then we proceeded to wait wait whilst everybody left and people that came I after me and sat hit their food before ours was even called to the cook! The worst waffle house experience I've ever had!
New waitress.no idea what she was doing. Took 10 mins or more for her to even call our order.poor service. She waited for cook to clear all orders.
