24Great food and friendly staff never sat at the counter before but boy was it a show! The cooks are awesome!
Served hot chocolate so hot it burned my daughter's mouth and made her puke. Did not sanitize sink and toilet after she puked. Staff was too busy on their phones to notice that we needed coffee for 20 minutes, drank said coffee then had to wait another 15 minutes for a refill. Some of the worst service I have had at a restaurant.
Customer service needs improvement and when you order to go, to listen to the customer and what they ordered instead of worrying about when you can get outside to smoke. Forgot half my food and when I came back to get the food my order was already cold. You would think you would take the time when you are needing those tips.
A different type of dining experience. I've been a breakfast patron for many years. I enjoy the friendly service and their unique style.
