Waffle House, Sunbury OH

This waffle house was good. I mean it's waffle house so they serve breakfast food in the way you're probably expecting. But the service was good and it was relatively fast for it being a busy Sunday morning when I ate here. They messed up my hash brown order but quickly made it right for me when I brought it up to the waitress. Solid staff quick service and a generally clean establishment. I was happy with eating here.

Over priced for food that sweats itself into soggy mess when ordered to go. Flavorless. It has nothing to do with staff, just an inferior restaurant.

How are yall gonna put a sign that says CLOSED but you have a house full of people INSIDE, employees aswell as customers? If I could give zero stars, I would. Its FRIDAY in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY AND YALL CLOSED? IVE BEEN CRAVING WAFFLE HOUSE FOR 3 MONTHS AND HAVE GONE TO A HANDFUL OF LOCATIONS AND STILL HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO EAT IT BC IT NEVER FAILS. YOU GUYS MAY AS WELL JUST CLOSE THE DOORS

HORRIBLE! Where are my fiesta omelet toppings? Nice chunk of cold cheese and two pieces of tomato. The breakfast sandwich was impossible to eat the bacon was burnt beyond eating. Just all around the worst Waffle House I have ever had!
Would not give it ONE STAR!

My friends and I are frequent WH-goers (how could you not be?) and genuinely out of the 20+ WH we have visited this was the best. The food was amazing and the staff (Will and Tammy) were amazing, attentive and entertainment. We LOVE breakfast and a show! Thanks for a great morning, we’ll be back soon!

I love this waffle House I have never had to complain about anything which is very rare in restaurants if you go to restaurants as much as I do I let the prices the friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious

Waited forever for them to clean off tables. One waitress wanted to wait on people she knew. 3 tables sat dirty while a line of customers waited for them. Every trip to Columbus, we stop here after today we won't be back.

Been wanting Waffle House for 3 +months.always says they're open but when you get to ANY ONE OF THEIR BUSINESSES.doors are locked with customers inside & staff.drove 40 min to this location, hoping for the best. NOPE.same as the other locations. Had 4 customers inside eating. 2 customers waiting for takeout? 4 staff or more working.doors locked.parking lot with customers confused & disappointed. Don't see how they're gonna last much longer as a business

The most dirty waffle house I've ever seen. However that didnt bother me as much as the horrible attitude. They closed while we were there and didnt lock the door, people came in and were told they were closed while all the staff chimed in with comments like "too bad" and "get over it" they were unbelievably rude. One waitress was so rude to a customer while he was paying I almost left before ordering. There was no reason for it at all

I came into this waffle house about a week ago with my two children and we ordered some food and my oldest my duaghters hash browns were not cooked and her dippy eggs were cooked all the way threw. I asked to talk to the manager well I got the assistant manager her name was Courtney I told her the situation she said she would fix it, well I was at the booth near the back where employees can go in the back and I heard this so called assistant manager tal I ing in the back saying the food was fine but you have to cook the little brats food again I couldn't believe what I just heard how did this person even become a manager and my family and I frequent this waffle house regularly but now I will never take my kids there again and I went back to tell the other manager about this but that Courtney was there watch out for this one

When we arrived there was only two ppl working. Justin waited on us very nice young man. One other lady was working her name was Chelsea. Place was a little busy and they r the only two working Justin is doing an awesome job making sure everyone table is taken care of that ppl r being cashed out tables wiped off cooking.

Packed from the time I walked. They got customers in and sat at clean tables. My food was as id hoped and hit the spot as nice breakfast comfort food. Will probably come back next week.

Was hungry and drove a fairly long way to eat. When we got there saw a sign on the door " TOGO. ONLY ". Don't advertise 24 hour service if you are not going to be open 24 hours.

I don’t think it’s normal when you pull into your parking spot and the whole Waffle House staff comes outside to check their cars. Might just be my over active imagination but being a brown man in these parts, means you are NOT welcomed. Avoid if you’re colored!

Food was good, service was good, but the place needs a good cleaning. It was filthy. Don't think they've swept or mopped in a couple of weeks and countertops need a good wipe down. We almost left. If it wasn't an open kithen area where I could see I would have left.

WOW! Not in a good way either. Waitress had her kids there poking us with straws screaming and running around. I dont mean a scream and cry here and there I mean over the top screaming. On top of that there was a huge bee flying around and no one cared. I could go on about the quality of the food but I think this review has said enough. Stay away unless this is your kind of thing.

Love the Waffle House.but have a lower opinion of how this one location is managed. While most other locations have the counter open for the single customer, this one does not. Local decision. Ordered "take away" and got the good food I expected. Btw, the Waffle House in Marysville has their counter open.oh well, next time through I'll be stopping at Marysville.
