Big shout to our waiter Terry. Great service! Table was clean. The food was fast, except for our sausage patties, and 100% correct. Kudos to the whole staff and management for a great restaurant. Keep up the great work.

Food was really good. T bone was very well seasoned and staff was very nice, but overall the place seemed unclean

Great Service! Great TeamWork. Our waitress Jhene (hope I spelled her name right) was so kind and courteous. She made sure our order was right and we were not in need of anything. Also theres nothing like team work. Her and the cook worked very well together. Had our food out in no time. Thanks you guys and keep up the great work

The food was good and I ran into an old school mate and her husband. It was good seeing them, but my food took forever to get done. Cook finally had to ask what I ordered.

Went here for breakfast twice now. Both times the doors locked at 7am for an hour for "cleaning the grill" as I was told. So what business is a breakfast place 24 hours an closes for cleaning during prime time on a Saturday morning? Lol yeah thats not suspicious or lazy.

My first time going to waffle house. It was such a nice, quaint atmosphere. I had two waffles and the sausages were? Just what I needed for a quick meal before going about the rest of my day

We ended up leaving because no one wanted to clean off the tables. We waited 10 minutes and that was long enough

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I pulled up to the to go window and asked the server if they were open which she said yes. I got out of my vehicle and as soon as i walked to the window the server turned around and the grill cook sat there on her phone. Once the server came back, she asked me if I could wait 10 minutes before she could take my order. Mind you, there wasn’t a single customer in the store or parking lot. Why have a location open if your employees are just going to be on their phones and not helping any customers. If I could give you a zero. I would.

Standard Waffle House food. The place was busy on a Sunday afternoon. Took some time to place and receive my food. They are short staffed just like everywhere else.

Idk how this place has this many stars but this food is disgusting and they didnt even give me absolutely any type of sauce or syrup.nothing and i ordered grits and 2 waffles not to mention my oreder was messed up and of course i should've cheched it but i didnt think they couldve gotten it wrong due to the fact they only had 3 customers all of which were already served so it shouldn't have been a rush. NEVER will i ever go back to this location

I was so excited about going here because of the free pancake promotion they had going on but it was to my great disappointment and dispar they told me they didn't honer the free pancakes promotion I was so so sad but they were very rude and unacomadateing But the food was still good!

I ordered chicken breast, eggs with cheese and hashbrowns with cheese. My chicken was on top of my eggs, which originally belonged to someone else. No cheese on my hashbrowns. My toast was thrown in on top of all my food. I wonder if the cook or waitress would take their food like that? The cook seemed she was no happy, as if today was not a good day so we just have to take it how she gives it. I will not be going back there again.

The service was good. Butbi feel like most Waffle House locations do not care about cleanliness. But the staff at the Brice Rd location were great!

Supposed To Be 24 Hours. I've Had Been 2 Three Different Waffle Houses In 30 Mins And They Claim They Don't Open Till 5 Am But They 24 Hrs?

Eating out is getting worse. I dropped my fork and took it to the counter to get another and the girl pulled one from the bin and wiped it off with a wet towel. And someone please tell me why cooks can't butter toast, why the just put a strip of butter down the middle of the bread. They are lazy. Waggle House was not busy. Butter the toast cooks just do your job and be grateful you have one

Has been over a year since I was last here. Good to see they are Take Out only btwn 9 pm and 7 am to reduce possible virus infection.
