Ayana was the best waitress ever. Epic!

11/28/22 Noah the cook was Amazing. Great example of service just like Ayana was last time. Noah listened, accommodated, anticipated, and asked when unclear. Another Superstar performance!

9/9/23 sadly Ayana and Noah were not working. Cook refused service for fear of allergens. She was professional about it. I'd much rather have that than careless cooks. Maybe another time.

I love Waffle House chain and eat it often. We’re in town for kings island and decided to go to this Waffle House location for breakfast this morning. We got there around 11am. The restaurant was filthy. Food was all over the floor. About half the tables had customers, the other half had dirty dishes not yet cleaned off. We found one clear table and sat down. Waitress came. Looked like she was barely standing. Acted like she was going to die because we asked for a rag to wipe off the table. After wiping the table she took our orders. We received our food relatively fast, but she shorted us a Waffle and a side of sausage. The sausage gravy was way to salty. She also never did bring our drinks. We had to get her attention, and she finally brought our drinks. She kept saying how slammed they had been all morning. I asked if she had been there all night and she said no she was at bachelor party all night. The reason for her slothfulness and forgetfulness was obvious. She was hung over. We left a good tip as we always do regardless of our service. I would not revisit this waffle house if I’m back in this area.

Charge a to go fee of 10% and a supply fee of 10%. Didnt even give me syrup for my waffle. Extremely rude staff members. Dirty tables. Crowded.

People don't give waffle house a chance because of bad reputations at other locations but this one is so friendly and the food is made fresh. Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. And they open really early. I had to leave to Chicago so we went to eat at like 5am. Give it a chance. My husband and friend did and they liked it. They were surprised.

Love going to this location. Very friendly waitress and fast service. Waffle was loaded with pecans and hashbrowns are a must cause there so good.

Visited this location. It was during a busy rush. So service was slow. Workers were friendly just took a while. Overall it was a good visit. Love the hashbrowns and bacon tho.

Can't really speak to the food or service quality. We walked in to a pungent aroma of urine, and left shortly after. Not exactly what you look to be greeted by when you enter a restaurant

A great place for breakfast! Staff is always friendly and hardworking! Sometimes the music seems loud and not good quality.

Walked in after 1: 30 AM on a Monday morning and it looked like a bomb went off in there. Every single table was full of trash. Every table. Every bar seat. There were two tables with people seated other than those two the place was empty. One getting an order taken and another eating a super well-done waffle. There was an employee eating. It’s Waffle House. Take it as it is.

Awesome food.
Service is extremely good.
Humble staffs.
Atmosphere is most welcoming and the hot food on tray on a rainy day after is wonderful.

This place is a joke the server couldn't even read her own hand writing the cook or manager if you can call him that was just playing around we waited for over 45 minutes for the food witch never arrived

Stopped in last night around midnight and there was not a clean table in the place. Stood there with the other people waiting and never saw one table cleaned! The people working never would look at you or acknowledge you were their service was non existent! Zero stars!

Everything about this Waffle House exudes class. I have never experienced such kindness from a restaurant staff. I walked in one fateful day hungry and tired to be greeted by the most friendly waitress and the finest examples of the American cuisine. The epitome of fine dining. 10/10 recommend for all those who wish to find happiness in this cruel and unforgiving world.

We were told they were only taking to go orders and they wouldn't allow us to eat in the restaurant even though there were other patrons eating.

I wouldn’t give them no stars, the manager was rude name calling and also using the term “ you people “ towards the other party I was with and I felt bad for African American woman that was working but she did a great job, everything was being taken out on her as it was the cooks fault for being on his phone and being distracted. Terrible experience!
