Waffle House, Harrison OH

Used the wrong pronoun tonight with someone named Tiffany behind the counter and was given a lecture on using the right ones. Left without eating and will not return. Followed a friend outside and took down the license plates. All for simply asking their name.

Our waitress was not nice at all the other waitress was better to us. My 10 minute drive home was horrible and I have been sick for three days since stomach hurts awful

We decided to eat in waffle house with the group of friends, we understand we are loud since we are atleast 12 people in the group, then we decided to play a music so we can sing while the song plays, however a server named Tiffany stop us and yell at us that we can't sing because they can't hear the order and we understand, one of our friend did not heard what the server said so we told him that " she said we can't sing" we are not even mad at all, but then she proceeded to lecture us that she is not a she but a he infront of my young daughter, me personally as mother got offended that someone corrected us that a name Tiffany is he now a days. So we left without eating since we got offended by this server attitude and how poor this server in costumer service, i can't believe that instead of having a good meal with my family and friends we got a lecture on how we call the person. One of our friend before he leave decided to get the server name for the review, the server and the other staff follow him pitside and tried to stop him in leaving the area they even get his car license plate because he just ask the name of the server. I hope the management do something regarding this matter.

Some of the best breakfast food you can eat. Especially at a decent price with some of the friendliest employees

One of the better one's. The service was great and the food was just as good. Update: over the years the service has slightly changed as well as the food. It's not quite as good as it once was but I'd still recommend it.

I'm Canadian and was my first time here. It was so good we came everyday for the rest of our vacation. Loved it and the staff.

It's a waffle house.you know what to expect. But I love it. Food was great they got it out quick. Nothing wrong with my order

Just like every WaffleHouse. Great food, poor service. I had to wait 7 minutes at the register before even being acknowledged just to pay.

Waffle House in Harrison Ohio is my favorite one and I've eaten at so many, from Ohio to Florida.

The food is always delicious at this location and the staff is always friendly. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich is really good, and you can't go wrong with the waffles as they are always cooked to perfection. When you order bacon, it's always cooked the way you request, unlike most other restaurants. We will definitely come back to this location again.

The girl with pink hair is very rude I asked her a question and she didn't respond so I asked again and she yelled she heard me then we walked out and she made rude comments

Went at this location around 12: 30am. It was busy when we arrived but got a seat in about 5 minutes. Service and food was fine. As the restaurant was emptying out and slowing down on customers people were coming in the door and staff was telling them that they were closing down for awhile because they had no clean dishes. Unbelievable how many people they turned away!

Gray haired waitress and short brn haired woman cook need to be fired immediately for horrible customer service and refusing to put mustard on a grilled cheese sandwich! Why are they allowed to dictate our food preferences! Will not be back as long as they are working there! No excuse for the way they acted and they treated the other customers the same disgusting way! I left without buying something I didn't want!

We ate Breakfast there on March 30th. Our first time at Waffle House since we are from Wisconsin. The waitress was so very kind to myself, my husband and my 13 year old Grandson. She gave him a paper hat to wear and two for souvenirs. The food was awesome too. Best crispy bacon ever! So glad we stopped!

My eggs were not even close to being done and my sausage was cold by the time they made the waffle they forgot to bring me.husband's food looked good and they even asked him if he wanted his peppers cut up into his food.

I’ve been to many locations before however this one has been the lowest of the low. I had my order taken after people that walked in 10-15min behind me. When I finally was ordering the lady walked right off mid sentence.

Our server was definitely swamped and did the best they could. Been to WH many a time, but tonight was the first time I actually had a waffle. I was not disappointed. Glad I could stop and have a good, late-night meal.
