Waffle House, Akron OH

We sat for about 15- 20 minutes before our order was taken. The cook was very good but the waitress needs to focus on servicing the customers instead of talking to much.

Horrible experience. Had me an my 1 year old Waited 30 mins to be told I was not getting my to go order done an I wasn't a priority because it was a to go! Will be contacting corporate

They got our order wrong the waitress was sweeping up a filthy floor while we were eating and dust particles were going everywhere I had to mention it to her that it's not a good idea to sweep with a broom while people are eating. It needs a lot of improvement there

The wait staff was slow and we didn't get all the food we ordered. We had to keep reminding our waitress to bring items we requested.

Never been to a Waffle House before. It was very interesting. We sat at the counter and watched their "work dynamic". This crew was amazing!

Waffle house is awesome. Love their chessy scrambled eggs, pecan waffles, cinnamon raisin bread

Always good food-don't forget to try those condiments on the table! (Salsa is great)

Ther service and food were as expected at a Waffle House but there was an employee that smelled so bad that his body odor had body odor, this man took your breath away it was so bad, we had to stop eating because of his lack of hygiene. I advised the manager that he should be sent home and not be allowed to return until he showered and learned how to apply deodorant.

Quick service and decent pricing although steaks are kinda small and thin. Never order them well done or you will end up with something that looks&tastes like a large slice of beef jerky LOL

Took my wife and 9 month old daughter. Food was just as i remembered it to be, the atmosphere has changed, though that might just be this location. Staff was nice enough but a bit forgetful on the details. Baby made a mess and i didnt hear one complaint about it, however that might have been due the a bit larger tip that was left. Might return again.

I had the steak and eggs and a side of biscuits and gravy. It was on Christmas and the service was amazing, food was ok, not as good as I hoped for. I left feeling satisfied over all.

Place was nasty floors was not sweep food to salty and this was my first and only time LAST TIME I'll come to any WAFFLE HOUSE

Waffles were thin and cold. Total disappointment from Waffle House we ate at when the kids were little and they were your only choice on Christmas Day.

Decent service, quick food. Not happy about the posted no gun zone. May be going to IHOP from now on.

This visit was very disappointing. The food was sub par. The service was horrible. The whole staff looked more interested in leaning than working. My order was wrong and instead of fixing it she said I ordered wrong. Even the cleanliness was questionable. This round of staff doesn't seem to care about anything but a paycheck.

Had a great experience at this waffle house! The place was busy but the server was still attentive and timely and the food was great!

Waffle House may not be fancy, and I might think twice about stopping at one on the road (I've had mixed experiences), but I am always excited to go my local one.

My husband and I enjoy their breakfast sandwich. We come here once or twice a month before work. The food is always hot and delicious.

Don't hold your breath on getting any coffee refills or glasses of water brought to your table even after she ask you They still don't never comeTo the table. After a $21 plus bill you would think 2 cups of coffee wouldn't be too much to ask for

Great eats always good associate working there very comfortable seats and a nice view of the highway from the windows
