Was having issues interfacing with a new device recently added to my system. Called tech support. Charles was fantastic. He was in the area and stopped by. Resolved the issues. Gave me a mini training session; and even showed me some features I didn't know about. Made sure all my questions were answered before leaving; and even gave me his phone number to call him direct should something happen in the future.

I appreciate the service and patience of the staff. There were no questions unanswered.
