Waker Plumbing, Kettering OH

The Waker Plumbing crew relocated my gas service line in my side yard and installed a new meter at my house. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon start time, 8: 00 am, we walked the site and they explained what they would do. They went about their work, and stayed on the job. The crew was courteous, taking time to answer my questions when I went out to check on progress. At the end of the job the yard was put back into shape, grass seed applied. Their equipment appeared as new/newer and in good working order. I would hire them again.

I have used Waker Plumbing many times over the years and they have always been responsive and did a great job. Mike and his crew are top notch and I highly recommend them.

I had a water main burst at 11pm along the side of my house. 2 kids and 2 adults with no water to the house. 3 companies told me they were 2-3 weeks out. Waker showed up same day, gave me a price and showed up the next morning. They got my new line in and water back to the house in less than 4 hours. Life savers. Price was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommended!

Contracted to install Gas Line for Whole House Generator the Guy said would be here the next week but never showed up for two months, never answered my calls about, I guess they don't want to help Senior Citizens who need the Generator for Oxygen Concentrator. I would Never Recommend them.

They were wonderful to work with and quick to resolve the issue with our fireplace! They helped educate us on the issue and even took the extra time to clean the logs and grate! Highly recommend them!

Apparently they don't use the email on the website, which I was told when I called 6 weeks later. I asked for an estimate and was told the gentleman would call me back. Called today when I was busy at work and I just checked my voice mail. Steve Waker said they are too busy right now and recommended other companies. First time I have heard of a company that did not want business, but sad that they were recommended to me by a plumber and I wanted the work in a couple of months. Should talk to a potential customer before you say no to business. Just a tip from a disappointed person that has money.
