Walgreens, Liberty Township OH

It was horrible the customer service at the pharmacy
is ridiculous. I pulled up to get my prescription an the young man named Noah was very rude from the very start. Wanted to get one prescription come back to get the other one changed my mind an he canceled my prescription without asking if I wanted it a later time. Ask me if I had any questions for the pharmacist he acted like I was bothering him when I said yes just dropped the phone down. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning there again.

I've been here before and have had great service. I go today to get my daughter's prescription filled, they tell me they have enough to fill it. I come back later to pick it up, get told it will be ready in a few minutes and to wait in the store. My daughter and I wait for over an hour, nothing. Go back up to the counter and am finally told that they don't have enough pills to fill her script. Also get told that they did call earlier in the day to tell me but didn't bother to leave a message when no one answered the phone. No apologies or anything for making me wait over an hour in the store and not telling me what was going on. After this prescription is picked up I will never go to that Walgreens again.

I stopped in today to get a few things and the cashier that waited on me was terrible! She (Janet) never said Hi to me! Then at the end she handed me my bag I said thank you and she never said anything to me! I shop here all the time but if I see her I WILL walk right back out! How can you wait on someone and not speak one word to them? Worst customer service ever!

The staff here are amazing and incredibly nice. Sharon goes above and beyond. Delaney & Michelle are very nice and helpful. They were slammed when I got there but they are all team players! They worked together to make sure the lines flowed smoothly, they were all cheerful regardless of how stressful and busy the store was, a bunch of Super Women just helping everyone and getting things done! Even when I asked Sharon for her manager to leave a good word, she told me that it was fine because her manager was busy filling prescriptions in the back. Against her wishes I walked back there to speak to the manager, she was indeed busy but still took the time to politely ask me what I needed. I can tell by their faces they are hard at work! I told the manager how great Sharon was and how they are all awesome! God Bless you gals, people need to give credit where/when it's due. Highly recommend this location. Once again Sharon you are awesome and I hope you see this. Thank you for making my day and helping me save money in these tough times! My grandmother sends you her best wishes as well!

Prescriptions are NEVER prepared on time. We recently started calling ahead to try and negate a 20-45 minute wait and they still didn't have the prescription ready.

Leah in the pharmacy did something that most national chain pharmacies cannot do anymore. She made it feel like a small local pharmacy that actually cares! She answered all my questions and never seemed bothered to do so. This is a great example of good customer service that a lot of places seem to be missing these days! I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and the level of customer service is generally better than most Walgreens. Cannot recommend them enough.

I love Walgreens in general, but at this location my prescriptions are NEVER ready when I arrive, no matter how much time I give them. On top of that, it always seems to be something I did that was the issue, they have never taken the responsibility. If you don't have 20 minutes to stand there waiting every time, pick a different location.

Awful experience, was treated like a number instead of a customer. Will never go back to this walgreens pharmacy especially because I've had nothing but great experiences at every other Walgreens pharmacy I've been to. They Called my doctor to have my script switched over to another brand that was covered by my insurance since the script brand they wrote me wasn't. Once it was done they proceed to tell me the original script would have been way cheaper with a discount card then the one it got switched too, so when they called the doctor back, at their convenience (I was there first but they HAD to help other people first before they called him back for some reason) he was no longer in the office and won't be back till Monday. So now I'm without my medicine till Monday when this could of all been avoided if they would have gave me accurate information in the very beginning.

They remember my family, they are courteous, and they go above and beyond to get your scripts handled!
