Unfortunately unhelpful and uncaring. Does not answer phones and says they are busy when they are not to avoid helping. I saw them do this. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

NO STARS
CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY BOTH PHARMACISTS ARE ON BREAK AT THE SAME TIME.
. SO THEY JUST CLOSE THE PHARMACY. NOBODY ELSE IS DOING THAT. I DON'T GET IT. MAYBE CORPORATE WILL CHANGE THIS; WHERE ONE PERSON GOES ON BREAK WHILE THE OTHER PERSON STAYS BACK TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS. AND FILL OUT PRESCRIPTIONS. AN OPDER LADY NEEDED HER MEDS SHE WAS GETTING READTBTO PASS OUT. I GUESS TAKING A BREAK IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMERS. PROBABLY BE A GREAT IDEA CONSIDER THE ABOVE.

I have brought my family's prescriptions to Walgreens on Stringtown Rd for years, but after today that will change. Instead of the pharmacist being honest and stating my fiance medication was billed incorrectly instead we were lied to and mislead and ignored. My fiance who was kept in the hospital for a blood clot (very important medicine) had prescription sent over to Walgreens for a 30 day supply. Today he brought a new prescription in from the doctors. We were told he would have to pay 600 for it. I called and questioned it and Alexis said who ever filled it before filled it for 90 days supply and the insurance will not cover it. I told her we don't get our prescriptions filled anywhere else so it had to be filled there.she said it wasn't filled there so we need to find out where it was filled because it was filled as a 90 day supply.so we are left trying to figure out if the hospital filled it or who did because, he really needs this medicine. After, contacting the hospital, they stated it was sent there. So, I called 8 times and no one picked up and was on hold for over 30 min each time. They would pick up and then place me right back on hold I call the store to speak with a manager and they, transfer me back to the pharmacy and all of a sudden they answer answered. Finally, at this point she admits they made a mistake and offers to call the insurance to fix it. If we would have not brought another prescription in we would have never known they over billed the insurance company WOW HOW OFTEN DOES THIS HAPPEN?

We walked in 5 mins til close, and went to 1 item we wanted. And rang out. As we were walking out our 8 yr old was upset about a puppy stuffed animal she wanted. The doors to the store were still open. The puppy toy was laying at the counter. Seeing our daughter was obviously upset, store employee AMANDA, absolutely RDUSED to allow us to purchase it. To take 1 minute to ring out a child, was brushed off. I can tell she doesn't have kids. God forbid she does ans has to be treated this way. Sad to see no compassion here. Bye WALGREENS

Nikalette at the pharmacy drive thru is extremely rude, ill mannered, and unprofessional. Pharmacies are a dime a dozen in this town and I'll be glad to take my money and insurance dollars elsewhere.

It is a drugstore. Pharmacists are helpful. Card readers at checkout are wierd. Ask cashier if you need help, trust me, they're used to it.

Outstanding service and products.
March 2022; I need to give this place and in particular the management a top of the line AAA+ for their outstanding work in these hard times. When it is so hard to get many to show up in a field that is so needed like customer service and public support products. Even though it is a hardship on the families of these workers, they are there through it all. Great job Walgreens workers and thank you for being there when the times are hard.

Picked up photos, employee working the photo center had a congested cough. Had her mask down and continued to cough in her hand. Grabs my photos and hands them to me. She continued to cough my entire time in there. I called and talked to the manager and they said I could have said something to the employee. Did the manager not notice her staff member continually coughing during her shift? Should that be my responsibility to say something to the staff member? I don't believe it is.

Same day photos were going to take 48 hours. Fine, no problem, I plan ahead. I show up past my pick up time and get an attitude that I should have waited for a confirmation. Fine. I ask if they have an estimate on time and get “no, we’re busy. Probably this afternoon. ” Ok, I can still make it work. I wait almost 8 hours with no confirmation. Can’t call, can’t log into my account, so I stop back in. I get more attitude about people showing up without confirmations slowing them down. I get it, but I need to know if I can get them soon. I have 49 customers waiting to get these photos today. Instead of telling me where I am in the line, she vaguely tells me it might be done today. So I had to cancel the order I’ve been waiting on for “same day printing” for over 36 hours. The least they could have done is shut down the online ordering or given some sort of notice that it was delayed. Or call your customers and give them a head’s up. I could have cancelled and found another solution YESTERDAY. Come on.

Lindsey in the photo department is the sweetest. They have been slammed with the holidays, and she made what I needed in time to give as a gift. And I watched her be kind to another customer and do her best to have their order complete as soon as she could. All while helping someone on the photo machine was asking her questions. She deserves a raise or a bonus!

They've always been pretty nice on most occasions, it's pretty frustrating they don't take molina or caresource though.

Starting to slide. Refills used to be a snap, no worries at all. Now you have to add in lots of lag time cause they can't seem to function. I imagine this will get a lot worse when private equity gets done buying the chain. God Bless America
