Walgreens, Brunswick OH

This has got to be the worst place ever. Time to switch pharmacies. It should not take 3 hours to fill a prescription espically after you just had surgery and this hasn't been the first time. Poor customer service as well. Everybody is rude. Will be making complaint with corporates as well. They think it's funny.

I just wanted to take the time to thank the pharmacist for their help and patience with my script! Shout out to Melanie, Dawn and especially Debbie. I appreciate your help so much!

Service was absolutely terrible. Was waiting in line to get a shot and all the workers ignored me when I had forms to turn in. When I asked about when I was going to be seen all I received as an answer was a rude explanation about how everyone has to wait even though it has already been well past my appointment time. Couldn’t even be met with basic politeness. I wasn’t even being unreasonable, the workers were just plain rude. Go to another pharmacy, there’s many more and visiting this one isn’t worth it.

Confused pharmacy staff. I drop my prescription off told it would take 25 / 30 mins. Until ready. With back in 35 minutes through the drive-through to get told we just got this prescription give us 25/30 minutes to get ready. I didn't say anything I just said OK when I came back they said that there was a problem with my insurance they ran it through a couple times and it was being rejected for me to call my insurance company. So I proceeded to go home but on my way home was calling my insurance When I got ahold of my insurance company they said that Walgreens in Brunswick had already been paid for my prescription today. I called the manager or a person by the name of Joe i ask him what had happened he brushed it off like oh yeah it's ready for pick up come and get it like nothing about i sorry for what happened. I can give you a gas card or something for your wates gas and time.an hour and half out of my life I drove all the way home which is like a 30 minute drive for me to come back and get my medicine and he acted like that that's OK that's just standard practice. If I were you I'd stay away from this Walgreens very incompetent staff.

Steal your money at check out and Make the manager count money in front of you go in back to come out and tell you they made the correct change! Cashiers need to learn how to do math and pay attention when checking people out! It is not the dollar amount that matters it is the principal of the fact that you stole money! Will never return to another Walgreens in my life! Thank God for CVS!

Lady tried to tell me i cant put more than 500 dollars on my chime card in a day when i have done it there multiple times so i guess ill drive 20 minutes to walmart to do another transaction when i dont need to irritating

The clerk at the front register was polite. I went to the pharmacy to get antibiotics for an ear infection. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. I went to the one in Parma for 13years, always polite. Two visits to the Brunswick and pearl location not so good.
