Drug Store Walgreens reviews
7The cashier Nina is super sweet and cheerful! Always a delight when I pop in and she’s working
I’m currently waiting on the line for the pharmacy and it’s been over an hour. I’m not one to complain but waiting over an hour to answer a phone call with a simple question is ridiculous. Yesterday I got lucky and it was only 45 mins. I’m only calling here out of necessity I do not recommend this pharmacy.
Also if you do online deals/coupons they put limits on them but don’t let you know until you pick it up. So I’ve got money pending in my bank account for my entire order but only received half. Take your business elsewhere.
Jamie was amazing. One of the best, she made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you
After using 8 different Walgreens across 4 different states this is BY FAR the worst I have been to. I have been going here for 6 months and have had multiple experiences of prescriptions being on back order “for days”. The shelves in the shopping area are always empty. Really poor quality. We are not going to be using Walgreens anymore since this is unfortunately the closest one to our house. Do better! You help sick people!
This place has lost their minds. Advertising Pepsi and coke products at buy 2 @ $9.49 get one free like it’s a good deal then limiting you to only 3. That’s still $19 for 36 cans of soda/pop. That’s more than 50 cents a can. It is no wonder this company is closing stores all over the country.
Don't go here after 6pm to get passport photos taken. We called ahead of time to see if someone would be available and they said they would be. We got there at almost 7 and the manager at the time said she couldn't help until 9pm, because she was too busy. She said to come back then and was not deescalating the situation in anyway. Super unhelpful. We went to the one in Centerville which was way busier but 100% better, that manager was called ahead of time and very kind/helpful.
As an Uber driver, I did not feel welcome or valued while fulfilling an order. It seems like this store needs training on customer service and cultural competency. The cashier who rang up my order was rude and not professional to me. I really feel like it was because I am a man of color. I would not recommend any person of color to shop here. White customers are treated with the utmost best standard of service.
