4The gentleman who claimed to be the Manager named Tay was rude and very dismissive. Spoke to other staff members who appeared inept and also unwilling to assist. Training is clearly needed in basic customer service.
Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the girl in the pharmacy said she was gonna send me to the phone upfront because they would know. The girl up front was really nice however she had the supplement I needed mixed up with a name brand. I go up to Walgreens to look for the supplement I needed and they didn’t carry it because it’s prescription only. The male pharmacist in the back told me what to buy. I’m not sure why the girl in the pharmacy never initially asked or looked, but the girl up front told me she probably didn’t feel like coming from back there.
Most of the pharmacist or techs are wonderful nice & very professional but I've had a few ppl more than once b so rude they had no time to assist me or answer questions for me. Which is so very important i need to know what meds not to interact with a new script or how it could affect me ect.
It's a real sign of lazine shoppersss when there are two ragedy vacuum cleaners at the front door in front of the ATM.
I take it as the manager doesn't want to use closet space or she is purposely discouraging people (doordash)
