Walgreens, Norwood OH

I'm not sure the girl's name behind the pharmacy but she's short with glasses and let me tell you something she is rude made more than one rude remark during the 2 minutes that I was checking out I really wish I knew her name but she's rude I really don't understand how people can have jobs when they're so nasty and go work somewhere else if you're that miserable

Absolutely terrible location. The pharmacy NEVER answer the phone, and will pick up and hang up on you without a word. And the nighttime store manager sleeps during his shifts

Really ghetto. There's always at least 1 guy outside the store hitting you up for cash. The fridges have been more than half empty of beverages for over a month now. The pharmacy is really slow, seems understaffed most of the time. Go to another location if possible.

This location is hell on earth, avoid it at all costs. Especially for the pharmacy, they are way overworked.

No one will answer the phone in the pharmacy, I have been on hold for 40 minutes. Then when you call the manager for the store to see if they can get you through, they hang up.twice.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVER GO HERE. The pharmacy is AWFUL they are LIARS and NEVER EVER answer the phone. They literally hung up without greeting me after waiting for over half an hour to be “next. ” Then I get someone finally at 7pm on Friday who tells me my meds are in stock, I immediately place a request for refill through the app as always, and they NEVER accept it, NEVER fill it. And I spent 1: 30-4pm today trying to call and get in touch with someone to check on it and NEVER got through. So I decided to drive up here out of my way to figure out what was going on just to figure out that apparently they completely sold everything in less than twenty four hours despite me placing me order for refill as soon as I hung up with the dude who told me they were in stock. Rudely, might I add. I’m normally super patient and understanding, but there is GROSS negligence in the pharmacy at this location. F this place. I’m done.

I'm giving one star for their inability to answer their phone. I was on hold for over an hour. Needless to say, the hold time rolled into their lunch break. I knew the staff wasn't going to answer any calls on their lunch break, so I hung up. Hire more people to help with customer calls! The amount of time you're on hold is ridiculous! I could have driven to the pharmacy to get help in less time that I was on hold.

I have been waiting for my daughters prescription at the window then the pharmacy tech told me to pull around to wait AGAIN behind 4 other cars so she could take care of them first then get to me. That was extremely unfair and not how this should have been handled. I received notification my daughter’s prescription was ready and waited 30 minutes just to be told to wait again.

I always enjoy coming here because I work right across The street and it is convenient. The other reviews may give this place a bad rap but every time I come in the store is always clean. The lines are short and the staff is superfriendly. No complaints here. Standard Walgreens which of course in this review is a good thing. A lot of name brand chains are dropping off in quality and I'm glad to see that Walgreens isn't a part of that. Thanks!

Andrew "Manager on duty" HORRIBLE! My grandma bought cigarettes less than 24hrs from purchase and all she wanted to do was exchange them to get the correct kind. I even pulled up WALGREENS RETURN POLICY and per policy as long as it's unopened and within 30 days. I asked for a copy of their store policy since he said store policy varies from store to store he refused to provide a copy. He walked away to the back office and shut the door.

You would think the pharmacy department would have nice people but they have one guy that just acts like he hates his job! I never encountered someone so rude at a pharmacy in my life! I will try and find another pharmacy to spend my money with!

Was on hold for over 15 minutes and still counting to speak with a pharmacy representative. Highly dissatisfied.

“We’re sorry, our staff is handling other calls, please hold on and we’ll be with you shortly. There are more than three calls ahead of you. ”

This is the message every day, no matter the time. I have never gotten through. They just simply do not answer their phone.

I don't understand why you have the restrooms locked and refused to allow people to use them. Do you expect people to buy diapers to shop at your store?

Worst pharmacy ever. Always a long, slow moving, ridiculous line and rude pharmacists. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They will literally hold your W2 until they feel like mailing it. I’ve been calling them for weeks now and they keep saying they sent it but i still don’t have it! I wouldn’t Recommend

The 3 stores we went to did not the medical supplies that we needed so we have to wait to go to Mulaney medical supply store.

Once they were closed in the pharmacy because no staff. Today 11 23 2022 at 330 pm only drive thru in pharmacy was open. Horrible service
