Walgreens, Powell OH

I have always used Walgreens in Shawnee Hills because of how friendly the staff is and their prescriptions are usually in stock. Today Sara was exceptionally helpful and sweet! Thank you for being such a great local pharmacy!

This Walgreens is horrible. Called waited 21 minutes and they hung up again waited another 20 minutes and got put on hold 2 times than hung up on. 3rd call hung up. Short staffed. Appalling that I was on the phone 1 hr and 30 minutes than did not get the info I needed.

I came into the Walgreens pharmacy some time last week. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted by a petite girl with dark hair (Gabriella or Gabbie?). Very, very sweet girl and extremely personable. I had a few questions I needed answered regarding the Walgreens app, and she was extremely helpful and explained, in detail, how to navigate it. This is a great Walgreens with very professional staff. If you need help or have questions regarding anything Walgreens or prescription related, I suggest you ask her!

Gabby is a very nice pharm tech, she was the only one there and helped me through my prescription problem. So kind!

Tamika was fantastic in helping with a large urgent photo order, her amazing customer service is why she is a shift lead! I am from out of state and her help was nothing short of exceptional! Great employee!

Gabby. She’s the rudest pharmacy technician I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go pick up my prescription she gives me the dirtiest look with the worse attitude ever. It appears she doesn’t like her job…if you don’t like working there, QUIT! It gives bad reputation to other technicians that actually care and do their job. Given the fact that it’s flu season, you would think she would help out the pharmacist and techs, instead she stands in one place and stares and have other coworkers do her job.

I was in the process of getting a medication and called to talk to the manager because the pharmacy phone line would drop my call every 15 mins. An employee that works the makeup counter picked up my call and told me that he was the manager. He proceeded to go off on me and then hung up on me when he realized he was on speaker phone. Horrible experience.

I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for several years now, and I can confidently say that this store deserves more than 5 stars. From their wide range of products to their exceptional customer service, everything about Walgreens is simply outstanding.

Firstly, the store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need quickly. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond to help me find the right product or answer any questions I may have.

I especially appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy, which saves me a lot of time and hassle. I can simply drive up, hand over my prescription, and be on my way in no time at all. The pharmacy staff is always efficient and professional, ensuring that I receive the correct medication and dosage.

Walgreens also offers a great selection of products, from beauty and personal care items to household essentials and groceries. I always find what I need, and often discover new products that I love.

Finally, I must mention the great deals and promotions that Walgreens regularly offers. From buy-one-get-one-free deals to discounts on specific products, I always feel like I'm getting a great value for my money.

Overall, I highly recommend Walgreens to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient store with excellent customer service and a wide range of products. This store truly deserves a 10-star rating

Just had the misfortune of dealing with a very rude and obnoxious employee at this store. His name was "Joe" and his nametag said that he was a "Lead". He has no customer service sense at all and made no effort to resolve my issue. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Joshua was busy doing his work, but stopped and helped my friend and I look for something. He went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much for an amazing experience. 10/10 will come back to this location.
