I give a one due to poor the pharmacy is. I take medicine that requires prior authorization. When I was allowed by insurance to go to CVS all was taken care of. Walgreens how sends request but doctor NEVER receives it until I call then it gets done. Last time, it took so with insurance that the prescription expired. Walgreens never called to let nor the doctor know this. It took MY PHONE CALL to Walgreens to find my medicine was ready. Then I had contact doctor to let them that Walgreens needs a “ok” from to change the date. There has to be better service here. Even my doctors office made comment on how DIFFICULT IT IS TO DEAL THIS WALGREENS! Keep mind this doctor’s office is in Columbus and treats people from all around the state! That is bad! PLEASE work with them to make it better! This Walgreens has a SEVERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION.this needs to improve.

Great Photo Team! We sent Christmas family photos to this store from the website and they did a great job fast! A couple had small issues and they reprinted them in a hurry. Good service and a far better deal on pictures prices than the studio where we had our photos taken.

I’m the new Store Manager so I’m a bit biased. We are far from perfect but we strive to get better everyday. We really do want to provide the best service experience possible. Fairborn is a great city with an amazing community. You all have been so welcoming and friendly and it’s been a pleasure to meet so many wonderful people. If you are ever not completely satisfied with your visit please let me know. I’d also love to know when you’ve had exceptional service. It motivates and inspires us when we know we’ve done well. My wife just spent two hours going between 2 different stores. 5 Trips total and still no prescription filled! She was told they could fill it in an hr at Fairborn Walgreens and dropped it off, she then came back to pick it up 2 hrs later and they informed her they were out but that they called Kettering - Dorothy Lane and they had it in stock. She then drove to Kettering only to find out that she needed the hard copy from Fairborn so she drove back again picked up hard copy from Fairborn then back to Kettering, guess what? Kettering didn't have it in stock it was a different formula and no one verified it correctly. My wife is crying at this point on the phone with me. Medication is for my daughter who has special needs, not sure why the professionalism is so terrible? I have all my prescriptions with Walgreens and so does my wife and my child and we have for the last 10 years. I am done.

Manager would not help find blood pressure machine. The young lady in pharmacy helped. Why couldnt he help.
