Walk In Urgent Care, Canton OH

The staff were kind and courteous. Nike was very kind and professional and did an amazing job answering questions during my visit. And best of all it was so quick! Thank you!

I wouldn’t give any stars, this place isn’t urgent care. I went in to an empty waiting area. They do appointments no walk ins, I went last week they were closing before the time and then today, she said I needed a walk in sheet, I will never be going here again! If y’all need urgent care try another place cause this one isn’t it.

Did not know you need an appointment for walk-in urgent care what a bunch of B. S why do you lie saying walk-in lie to people how sad

My understanding is this is an urgent care. Upon entering 2hrs prior to their closing time I was told I would have to come back tomorrow they are busy. There is one person sitting in waiting room, so is this a doctors office where you make an appointment or Walk In Urgent Care as advertised?

I have a great experience! The person i had was very polite and respectful! Adenike is the best worker they have there.i will be back!

I went this morning and couldn't be more happy with a great service and smiles from all the staff! The nurses were awsome especially in this difficult tume. I had Dr. Adenike Gbadebo and she really took her time to answer all my questuins. Thank you all for a fantastic experience

Very rude staff. They tell you to use the app to sign in then when you get there they tell you that's not your appointment and they won't see you because they close in 3 hours and don't have an appointment. When asked what the point of the app is, when it literally says it's your appointment time, they can't explain it to you because they literally say they don't know.

I just love Adenike and staff was great with me when I had an infection and was great with my son when I had to bring him in for covid test. Love the ladies.

Me and my girl came here & this my first time coming and it was a pleasant experience. Felt very comfortable. My girl likes Adenike. She real cool. She helped us both out. We ll come to this location if we have to come to an urgent care just because of her. Keep her around. She a good one.

Very professional and as quick as they can be with the high volume of people. Been sent a few times by my employer for COVID testing and haven’t had any issues! Get here early and you won’t have any either!

My last 2 visits are the only reason Im giving 5 stars & that I will continue to come back! Adenike helped me both times. She is AMAZING! As many years as Ive been coming here, I didnt have good experiences because there were rude unprofessional women. Adenike is the most helpful educational genuine caring person EVER! Makes me feel so comfortable! I was praying she was there today & she was & she even squeezed me in even though she was super busy! Please keep her there so I can continue to come back.

I had nurse practitioner Paul. I was seen fast and felt like a person. Prescribed me meds to help prevent my situation from getting worse and listened to me. I love coming to this urgent care vs.others because I also feel like I’m being heard when telling them my symptoms. Ty

Worst experience ever. Been here for hours and EVERYONE else is being seen except for my son. Highly agitated and irritated. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hell

The staff was amazing and the CNP Adenike was very informative and very caring. It was a delightful visit compared to the last time I was there.

My son had been dealing with ear pain. We ran to this urgent clinic to be seen in what I thought would take hours from experience that is how it has always been, however the staff there was very quick and knowledgeable! Adenike and Maria were Absolutely two of the best healthcare workers I have encountered! They were kind, happy and smiling! I could not believe the customer service that we were given. Not only were we treated amazing, Adenike did not hesitate on her treatment plan for him! I was so impressed! We need more people like them in the healthcare business! Thank you for your kind, happy and compassionate work! I appreciate you! A job well done!

Lady at front desk is very disrespectful and says “hey you come here” to get there attention don’t even know there name. This place ain’t the best. They do cheap stuff to just get you in and out. I don’t recommend

This place is great for urgent care. They are quick and efficient. I saw Adenike and she was very good at her job. She listened well and explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Joy at the front desk was a big help too! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was seen a couple weeks ago at urgent care for a sinus infection and COVID swab. Nike was amazing, educational and gave me information for follow up care. She was even kind enough to send in scripts since I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. 10/10 Would recommend her to others!
