Usually this place is great and very friendly. Since the new physician, Lisa Kisaberth started, she’s only ever rude. I went in today to get a doctors note for work due to having a cold I just wanted one to show work as I called off. She gave her opinion without being asked and was rude about it. I prefer not going to work when I’m sick in order to not get anyone else sick and her response was “well everyone gets colds” which is true but that doesn’t mean they need to get it from me. Very unhappy with how I was made to feel bad about being sick while I already felt bad for calling off and physically feeling bad. My brother also went in awhile ago to get swabbed for staph infection, he also called off work because it was open and actively draining and he works around food and she also told him it was unnecessary and he didn’t need to call off. Pretty scary to think about how as a health provider she thinks going to work while sick is still okay, even after the pandemic. I worked in healthcare myself and I never thought to go to work sick, no matter the location. People come in to feel better and get answers as to what’s going on with them, not have rude physicians give their unwarranted opinions. Very dissatisfied with her, the rest of the staff is always very friendly and kind. Lisa is the only person I’ve had negative encounters with at the Leavitt location.

Great service, staff was very friendly and the wait was very short, both girls working were extremely nice and knew what they were doing.

The front desk secretary was extremely rude and unprofessional. And the nurse who was there did my test incorrectly resulting in a negative covid test when I 100% had covid. Worst service ever experienced.

In all honesty they don’t provide proper medical assistance. They diagnose incorrectly with using nothing but the nurses own insight/experiences. You should go somewhere else if in need of serious emergencies.

Wish I could give this place is zero stars. Drove 30 min to go here after my wife called them and said they took their last patient at 545 and we got there at 530 and they tell us that they only do appointments. It says “WALK IN Urgent care everywhere”

This review is for Lisa and Lisa only. As all other interactions with staff and care I’ve received from this location has been wonderful.
Lisa, I came to you, extremely ill, distraught, uncomfortable and seeking any form of treatment. And what did you give me? Not even that. You simply looked at my throat for 5 seconds, brushed me off, and told me to take DayQuil. You told the sweaty, pale, uncomfortable, swollen, ill girl that the solution to her sickness was simply…DayQuil.
Then, seeing what must have been defeat on my face you conceded and said “I’ll prescribe *insert name of antibiotic* but it won’t do anything. You have to take DayQuil for 14 days” FOURTEEN DAYS? I just gave up after that. Clearly seeing you didn’t care enough to run a single test, check any other part of my body, or listen to what I had to say. But I was at least satisfied I’d have something to help quell this pain.
Welp. I was told the prescription would be ready at my pharmacy in an hour. I went home. Went to sleep. Woke up 6 hours later and not a single order was put in. The pharmacy said they never received it. I tried to call the urgent care but didn’t even get a single ring in. I suffered for an entire extra night that could have been prevented if you would have given even an ounce of consideration. Finally, this morning, I was able to get an appointment with another urgent care where the nurse practitioner actually CARED.
She did the easiest thing, ran a TEST. And found that I had tonsillitis. Something that can’t simply be treated with DayQuil. Thankfully she actually submitted the prescription and now I’m on track to finally being okay again.
What you did was extremely negligent, cruel, unethical and downright rude. And from friends and family that have previously visited this location, this isn’t the first time you’ve done this. In fact just this last weekend you failed to submit a prescription for steroids for one of my friends and brushed off their discomfort as well.
I suggest you find a new field of work or learn general compassion. People like you in the medical field cause unnecessary deaths because people are gaslight into believing they are overreacting.
I will be disputing this visit with my insurance as well, I’m not going to pay for care I didn’t receive. Learn better. Bye.

This was my fiancé & I’s first time here. When we first got there we were told we had to go get mask which was fine.just never been to a doctor’s office that couldn’t provide 2 paper masks? My fiancé needed stitches in his finger the nurse barely let his finger get numb, once she started stitching she was so beyond rough! Then she got upset I asked for some gauze &was told he only needs a bandaid (clearly they’re not done right, he got them done 2 days ago!) he needed a not for work &was given an attitude about it. He wasn’t given discharge papers that’s why we asked. This was just the worst experience we’ve ever had with any clinic!
Update 08/01/21: now all the stitches came undone from him just cleaning

Tiffany was amazing and so helpful. You just don't get that kind of care and service anymore at the big hospital care centers or drugstore clinics. Tiffany was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took care of our health issues. Thank You Tiffany!

Hours say till 8pm. Pulled up at 7: 29 was putting my mask on as the lady walked to the door and proceeded to lock it. Went up and checked and the door was locked. I called and asked if they were open and the lady said they took their last patient at 7: 30 and it was literally 7: 30 when I was on the phone. I told her I was out front and saw her lock the door and she said "yeah sorry".

My daughter went in and had 2 receptionist literally RUDELY laugh in her face when she told them what she was there for! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! WHAT WAS SO FREAKING FUNNY IS THE QUESTION? ! Ignorant receptionist. Both of them.

The reason for one star is that they advertise the place as being walk-in with no check-in or sign in required. Yet I still had to go through a complicated check-in process registering with an app or they refused service.

The lady at the front desk also had no energy and was not helpful in the slightest, practically throwing the pamphlet at me and ignoring my existence. She didn't even care enough to recognize me on the way back in or make sure I did everything correctly. I would give this 0/5 if I could, no one else was getting helped there either.

I saw Lisa the nurse practitioner for something majorly painful and she made me comfortable and she made me laugh and she fixed me in minutes. The receptionists are awesome too. I love this place. 10/10 ask for Lisa! ️

Tried to cut my finger off with the hedge trimmer this afternoon. The gals at the Lorain walk in urgent care were great. Lisa, Tiffany and Yani we're helpful, pleasant and just made it an all round comfortable experience. I was in and out in no time.

Great office and wonderful staff. I’ve been coming here for years. Every time go here it’s always welcoming. The nurses are very knowledgeable. The faculty is clean and not over crowded. This is my children and I go to place when we’re sick. Yani, Rosie and Lisa K are the best!

My family doctor refused to see me without a Covid test. So I decided to try this urgent care. The girls at the clinic told me to download their app and come in after I completed it. This was such an easy and painless process. I registered on the app, walked in, got my test, talked with the provider about a couple concerns, and was out the door. My results were uploaded in the app within the hour. Thanks for being there, when my doctor wasn’t.

My husband went to this "urgent care" center on a Friday afternoon. The person he spoke with asked him if he had high blood pressure and when he said yes, he was told that he couldn't be seen there because, "You need a full work up. We don't do blood work here. You need to see your primary care doctor". Call me silly, but I thought the whole point of urgent care was so you didn't have to wait days or weeks for an appointment with your PCP or go to an emergency room for a non-life-threatening issue. I tried to call and speak with someone the following day and they didn't even answer their phone or rwturn my call. Fortunately there was another urgent care center who actually deserves the title who took care of my husband on Saturday.

Nurse/doctor's or whatever they are are rude and disrespectful too the customers that come in. Dont even care why your even came in just wants you in an out smh not good customer service AT ALL! Right when you walk in the have an attitude and already judge you for why your here. One girl said just take dayquil you'll be fine smfh
