This is the worst management company I've ever had. My refrigerator has been broken since November. I have yet to receive another one. I've called several times, left messages and had 3 different people saying that they were going to order a new one. It's been 6 weeks. My hot water tank doesn't stay lit. I've been calling about that as well, and nothing. A working refrigerator, and hot water are necessities. But it's not their home, so they don't give a damn.

Ghetto and the maintenance never answer the phone. Stuff stays broken forever but of course the want you to pay rent on time. They charge you for other peoples trash.and they trying to make a profit off of it. While the people who suppose to pick up trash sits in the back of our homes for hours doing nothing. Maintenance is so ghetto as well. Pull up playing loud music, comes in homes loud as heck. Talking about personal stuff. Just all around not a good place to live.

If you are renting from Wallick.better check your online account! My account is saying that I owe over $1500 in rent! Which I do not owe them a dime! They r stealing from us! Beware of the scamming

My gas had to be shut off due to leaks. I have been a loyal residence of 25 years. It is cold and I have not had heat in almost a week, I can’t use my stove or take a hot shower. Wallick told me that there is nothing they can do about it because they don’t offer no hotel because my unit still is live able, no help for food or hot water. Said it is not their problem. It is only getting colder so if you plan on moving into their properties DON’T

This company is extremely unprofessional. I called asking for a supervisor and they hung up on me not once but three times. The office staff should all be replaced with people who actually want to do their jobs. Something needs to be done about this agency. What a disgrace to the community.

Maybe it will be better now that they got rid of the regionals who didn't have a clue! Lol karma

Worst place to live terrible management. Found out after living here for 10 months I was getting a check from the complex in my P. O. Box I wasn’t aware I even had. They sent them all back and when I called I was told they sent me a check out to make up for it.two months later no check nobody answers my calls, emails or voicemails. Don’t recommend AT ALL

Worst property management company I've ever had the misfortune to have interacted with. They were so bad, that my neighbors and I had to band together to start a petition to the ownership to get them replaced as our building’s management. Grossly incompetent, greedy, negligent, and needlessly cruel. How they’ve lasted this long is beyond me.

NOT a good place to work for. The regional is not a good regional. I had a difficult property which took me a year to get it mostly together. They don’t like paying their vendors which is why vendors don’t want to work for them. They will fire you because you are not Caucasian and pretty much say that you are not doing your job. It’s a cover up because regional doesn’t do theirs. My advise run away from working for the company. Especially if you are black, Hispanic or anything else other than causation!

I have sent correspondence to Wallick’s CEO and also sent a message to their contact email, with no response. The corporate number’s mailbox is full, so one can’t leave a message there. I have numerous issues to discuss, but I am unable to reach a person accountable to Wallick. I’m not sure they even read these reviews. Any advice from someone in the know.

Lies, inconsistencies, lack of communication, misrepresentations, unprofessionalism and lack of organization are the only words that come to mind when describing this community. For example: if life was a desert Wallick is quicksand without a rope and anchor; just ready to consume you.

If I can give this dusty place, zero stars, I would! First, I like to thank God, because a lot of times in life we want what we want, but God has a way of protecting us from hurt, harm, danger, frustration, and so many other things! The initial for me was to be pissed, because I wasted almost 3 months of my life running back-and-forth, dealing with incompetent people, to try to get an apartment that they said I wasn’t eligible for. These idiots looked at my pay rate instead of what I made annually. I can make $100 an hour but if the result add up to me exceeding what the requirements are for a two bedroom then what the hell is the problem, I have a problem with the company having all my personal information to make me wait so long they had one incompetent chick in the office. She didn’t know what she was doing. She appeared to be nice initially, but turns out she wasn’t too bright then they hired another young lady and I hope she does well I don’t have anything against her, and I really don’t have anything against the previous one either, but the thing is is that I wasted a lot of my time, gas, and my anxiety and my stress skyrocketed, I am now on depression medication dealing with this my depression was to the point this has really bothered me and has really gotten on my nerves. I was notified that I wasn’t approved for the apartment! It took them all of this time when I initially applied at the end of May and found out August 15 that I was no longer eligible for the apartment! Again, no more reaction, human reaction is to be upset, but I know God has something better. He gave me signs, but again we as humans sometimes want what we want, and when we don’t get it, we’re disappointed this company never replies, I sent an email yesterday to Victoria stating that they were wrong and I wanted to hear back from them today with some kind of explanation, but to no avail nothing all of the voicemails are always full. You have a better chance at trying to get in to see the wizard of Oz, then to see one of these incompetent people! Again because I’m a principle person I don’t like the fact that they didn’t approve me because they don’t know how to do math correctly they got my paystub‘s and my paystub indicated my year to date and it didn’t even come close to the $31,000 that you have to be annually to be approved unbelievable! Again I can make $1000 an hour but if I’m not collecting all of that money only thing you have to do is look at a persons year to date or even ask for IRS forms I see that they are all about wasting peoples time God doesn’t like ugly and with the company’s ratings these can’t be real humans working here because I’ve never seen any humans non-caring like this people! I am glad that with all the tentative 30 day notices that I had given my landlord, that I am able to still have a place to live. This is a pathetic company and I am going to seek assistance and maybe even look into hiring an attorney to get to the bottom of this nonsense I really think I was discriminated against to be honest they just gave that excuse about my income and then wouldn’t even reply to my emails because they probably got irritated because I kept trying to figure out what was going on for almost 3 months run far as hell away from this place! Even when I went to go look at the place aesthetically, it was OK but the walls are super thin. I heard the child next-door as if he was in the apartment but inside of a closet, trash filled up to the brim, a crazy little guy was outside playing a ukulele and a woman was standing just randomly where the trashcan was just standing there so again, I thank God that I didn’t get into this place, but the principle side of me still wants answers because they did me dirty and waste it again almost 3 months of my life and I don’t like that! Learn how to have some respect for peoples time and remember one day you can be in the situation trying to look for housing because tables do turn Be careful, no one is too good for life to turn!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS BOGUS COMPANY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES NEVER EMAIL BACK! NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL NEVER COME OUT TO FIX ANYTHING MY MOMS OLDER & WENT WITHOUT AIR FOR 30 DAYS THEN THEY BRING SOMEBODY OUT TO HER HOUSE TO FIX THE AIR/THERMOSTAT IT WENT BACK OUT IN THE NEXT 2 DAYS & SHE CALLED AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT A CALL BACK! If the rest of their properties are anything like stow kent garden in stow it's a crying shame that they are such slumlords! A once beautiful property since they have owned it has been turned into one of the biggest eyesores in the area

Absolutely not. These people are a mess and apparently have been stealing our electric checks. AGAIN. Absolutely do not recommend.
