Walmart Auto Care Centers, Xenia OH

Took more than four hours to replace a battery while I waited in- store. When I asked why, the employee on the desk said the garage was shorthanded.

I don't know what has happened but the dudes that they have working back there are so sketchy looking that if you have no other choice but to go there make sure you inspect your vehicle before driving off the lot! I hate it though because as far as getting my oil and tires changed I trusted no one else but them but now, not so much. Just be careful when taking your car to them!

Yesterday, after waiting in line for 15 min with no movement and on a tight schedule, I wanted to come back today early to get it an oil change. I asked the manager what time they open and she told me they are supposed to open at 7am, but “since covid, people don’t show up on time. ” What does that even mean? As a manager or leader, are You not the responsible one for coming in when others don’t show up? Called today at 9: 30am and no answer. This is pathetic. We no longer need to give our money to a careless company that (based on the below reviews) is terrible most of the time. Get it together, or get a new job.

Had a punctured tire on my Jeep, took it in as $15 for them to do it with a patch-plug is way easier for me than trying to do it myself. After waiting an hour they page me back saying the puncture was too close to the sidewall of my 10 ply mud tires. They put the tire back on, and hand me the keys.

They had drastically overinflated ALL my tires, because apparently nobody in this shop has ever done anything with Mud Tires. Ever. Good to know this place hires only the best of the best! It was a simple enough fix for me as a prepared Jeeper to deflate all my tires back down to what i need to run them at, but it was an unnecessary step that i should not have had to do in the first place.

I will keep refilling my tire until i can get in to the local tire shop this week, who will patch the one tire, and leave the others alone.

I guess i won't be going back to wallyworld for any more tire repairs.as convenient as that is on the weekend, i will simply make do until i can get into one of the smaller local shops. So long and thanks for all the fish!

I had an issue with a service that had been performed originally. They took care of the problem with a smile. I think the managers name is Joe. It made my day guys. Thank you

Rediculously slow. 2.5 hours for an oil change? C'mon. I think they only had one tech working. Plenty of managers and other employees hanging out at the "service desk" though.

Fast, professional and friendly! Cant ask for anything more! Oh and cheapest around for a battery.

Slow as could be and the lady lost my key when I was trying to cancel my appointment cause I was waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change. She seemed clearly under trained when I asked about what the oil changes consisted of she acted like she had to clue. Very unsatisfied with the service, would not recommend

Terrible experience. I had an appointment to get new tires at 10: 30am. I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. I came back at 11: 45 and they hadn't even started. All the employees were just sitting around. At 12: 30 I called the local tire shop, Detroit auto, and they said they could get me in. $20 cheaper. Took my keys and left. I've have 2 bad experiences there. I will not have a third.

I've been going to this Walmart for 13+ years off & on to get various vehicles' oil changed (I moved in and out of state so I couldn't go there the entire 13+ years). I've only had one problem when they stripped our oil pan plug back in '07. Walmart paid to have us take the car to a certified Honda machanic to have it fixed. (The same thing happened to a family member's Toyota at a Toyota dealer around the same time) I've never had any problems other than that.

Had a flat tire. Normally i would stay far away from walmart auto but it being a sunday no other option. Did not have my tire in stock had to wait till monday. Phone rings and rings when call took 3 calls to get through. They ok but not spectacular. In an emergency when they are the only ones open they can suffice.

This was, by far, the worst service I've received. The employees walked around smelling like weed. I waited over two hours for them to patch my tire. It was the worst. I will never come back to this center.

They are a joke. I called at 6: 15 and the lady on the phone said they could get me in but when I got there the guy told me that I was 4th inline and that they would not be able to get to me until the next day. Not good customer service and very unfriendly. My business will be going else where from now on.
P. S I was there at 6: 25. I'm not giving them a star either. It won't let me post without checking off a star.

(No Stars) Chipped 3/4 of my rims while changing my tires.after 4.5 hrs wait time. Apologized.then sent fake (back dated) documentation to insurence company stating damage was there prior to service. RUN AWAY!

I have been pleasantly surprised both time I have taken vehicles for oil changes. The prices are very competitive and the service was quick. They even vacuumed the interior of the vehicle!

They scoted up my rims when mounting new tires this was at 2 different stores. They also stripped the thread on oil pan on an oil change.
