7They told me they could balance my trailer tires, then refused to do so as soon as they were finished with my oil change. This would be a good place for a tire store.
Extremely rude staff. All my windows were down when I picked up my car.
They open at 9 am and at 9: 20 am it would take 2 1/2 hours for oil change, need to hire more tech
One time, I tried calling them at 4: 00 because I needed a tire changed (had a flat). No one picked up the phone. When I took it to the other Walmart and told them this, they rolled their eyes and said, “Oh, we know. You’re not the first person to complain. ” Just tried to get my oil changed, also at 4: 00. They were out of slots for oil changes. Also, the guy at the counter took forever to talk to anyone. I’m done with trying to get my oil changed at this Walmart. The price is good but the service is slow (if a person who works 8-5 can get in at all).
If I could give a zero star I would. The issue is they are always busy and you can't get in. We bought our tires here and bought the warranty. Now we have a leak have tried twice to get in to get it fixed with no luck. They open at 8 am and we went at 9: 30 am and they told us 3 hours for a tire plug. 3 hours. The first guy actually told my husband an hour and then the next guy said no 3 hours. They've shortened their hours of operation and its very poorly managed by Michelle Anne. I do not recommend.
The young man was great with the job he did with helping my Mom and I getting a new battery for her car. And carrying the new one out for me.
