4I hate to admit it, but it’s a go to place for oil change and tires. You never need a reservation and the work is done in under an hour, reasonably priced.
My car has been making a weird noise for over a month. My godson checked my fluids and my oil was bone dry. I had to go buy oil. The problem is I had my oil changed at St Clairsville auto center on November 20,2021. Why would I even need to go buy oil if they did it. No I don't have a oil leak. Trying to figure out what I paid them $48.12 to do because they definitely didn't do a oil change.
Had a tire problem. Was taken care of profesionally. Very good service.
Apparently they are having staffing issues and cannot work past 4pm. Stopped to get a tire put on my wifes car. Website clearly states 7 or 8 for this walmart car service department. And every other one in the area. Had 3 employees walk in to clock out and ignore me and my wife standing at their desk waiting for service. The least they could of done was tell me hey we are closed we dont have the staff to work our scheduled hours. Noooo let's ignore us. The guy from sporting goods was the one that let us know they were closed. That's ridiculous. Wouldnt expect much out of these people. Absurd. If management cant get people to work they should change their hours. Or get more employees.
