Walmart Auto Care Centers, Moraine OH

Their tires are Not good tires. They do not last very long & if ur tire has manufacturing defect, they will Not replace at No cost. I purchased a tire for the rear drivers side for my Explorer. I Never have had to purchase a tires warrenty before. In 2 weeks I had a blow out on the INSIDE of the tire, Not wear & tear or a puncture. I was told it was a defect on the inside of tire. They wouks not replace free even though it was a manufacture defect.

Ordered tires online.wrong size. I had to take the tires from the auto department to the customer service department for a return. Then, I paid more for what was in stock. 2 hr approximate wait in a waiting room that looked like a jail cell. Customer service representative was no help in the overall return/exchange or charges incurred.
Valve stems were not in stock but needed to be replaced while new tires were purchased. Just a frustrating experience yet again at Walmart.just sad

WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. I actually received no service AT ALL. Those guys had me waiting over five hours just to tell me that they couldn’t work on my car. I was patient with them but they were no help. I had a flat tire. I showed up around 11am and told the technician what was going on with my car. He signed me in and had me wait. I saw that the guys were under staff but you all have terrible customer service. Once the car was about to receive service after two and half hours of waiting. The technician says that he can’t drive the car into the bay because the tire is flat. Well duhhh and since I mentioned this earlier somebody could’ve walked outside to look at the car and said something earlier than having me waste me time sitting in Walmart! After that he just walked away and offered no solution! To ask me if I had a spare and could call someone to put it on or at least recommend to call tripe A.

Im sitting in my car to call for help, no thanks to them and they walking up to my car during a cigarette break to talk about my tire. I open the door assuming they asking me if I found help and he says “oh no I’m just telling my friend you have a flat”. Get away from my car, you all are no help. Y’all could have done that two second job when I first checked in, again wasting my time. I finally get someone NOT from Walmart to help me put a spare on so the technicians can drive the car into the shop to get serviced and now the shop is closing early because they’re understaffed. I only came to Walmart because I have a warranty on these tires through them and it was such an inconvenience that nothing was done or could’ve been done. No manager or supervisor was available. It was just terrible. Don’t go here you’ll be waiting forever and you may not even get the service you need. We tried to do a carry in like they suggested and then that was a fail because the warranty wasn’t protected through that and they tried to make me buy a brand new tire. It was just a headache. I need Walmart automotive to honestly do better. I would give you all no stars but unfortunately that’s not possible.

Anyone considering coming here, dont. I went here two weeks ago for an oil change and my car is already low on oil. It doesn't have a leak, so they just didn't fill it up at all. After reading other reviews it seems they either don't care or have no idea how to do it.

People who have HHR. Please don’t go here for battery change they will refuse to help you because of the battery being in the trunk. Needed a battery for emergency pushed all way to here and was told they can’t do anything. Sold us the battery then kept selling us tools that wouldn’t work in getting said old battery out.

I order the tires a week in advance they were 3 days late then when I called and asked if they could put them on that day the guy told me they don’t put tires on past 3pm and I had to call someone to bring the tires when the app says they have them and they will get them, terrible customer service will not be going back

They are thieves. Charged me more than what was quoted and they tried stealing my old rubber after being told I wanted to keep it. Everyone here is the same type low life. The employees here will never have their own garage because of the dishonesty and their overall business ethics is as poor as one can be

What service? They can't handle 3 customers. The tire techs move around like slow turtles. Buying walmart tires are great, but they tell you to wait 3 to 5 hours to install them.

Went to auto center to get tires, they didn't have them in stock, after I previously spoke to someone who said they did. They advised us to order online for store delivery, because it was cheaper that way. We did that, and made an appt for installation. My transaction went through and I received a confirmation # and email. Several hours later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. Needless to say, we ended up going elsewhere for tires. Not sure why I expected this to go any different.

Waited a whole hour for a oil change they was supposed to open at 8 and its 9 went in through front to see what's going on and it's just 1 person in there unpacking boxes.like dam the boxes can I get a oil change

Worst Walmart I've ever been to in my life is in Moraine after waiting 2 hours for somebody's come to the door account or no one showed up then I go to stand in line and the cashier is just standing there talking to another cashier for 30 minutes so I walked out and left everything I have behind they need to shut the doors to that Walmart

Bought 2 tires told them to put on the front of my car. They put them on the back. They dont listen and just wanted to sell 2 tires. Not happy wirh the place.

Walmart is great if you go to the right one, I just need my tires rotated that's it. Needless to say I had to come back because they weren't balanced. Won't go to that one again‍️
