Jake went above and beyond helping me today. Managed to get me in without an appointment and was able to answer any questions I had. He was extremely helpful and offered top tier customer service. I’ll definitely be asking for him from now on.
They cannot do full-service oil changes! I took my mini-cooper there for an oil change and after an hour went back to check in, no phone, for them to tell me they cannot remove my coolant to get to where they need to do the oil change! Waste of time and no communication!
Manager BETH was extremely rude and was moaning and complaining I was there bothering her with my business. Slow to help and didn’t care if I was dead or alive very unimpressed.
Good service. I usually order the tires I need on the Walmart website and have them shipped to my local shop. They call me when they arrive to make a service appointment. I’m in and out.
Ordered four tires as part of a Black Friday deal. Showed up at 7: 00 am for installation and they were ready for me. I did a little shopping and received a text that they were finished after about 45 minutes. The manager Brad was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to him and his team. Exceeded my expectations!
