Kudos to Walmart automotive Care! They took care of me very fast as well as gave me a tip on upcoming sale! They were very courteous and efficient. I will do more business with them very soon. I highly recommend this business.
Employees are too busy on their personal phones to worry about customers. They allowed one person to work on the vehicle. While the rest had their eyes glued to their phones. Could have worked as a team and finished sooner.
DONT EVER GO HERE! During my oil change, they broke my skid splash shield screws by overtightening them. I ordered the new one and made 3 trips just to ask them to put my splash shield back which was a really a 5 mins job for a 'professional' mechanic! I was promised to get it done asap when I'm back with the screws. But the Bald White Guy calling himself a 'Manager' (hahaha) was utterly a nonsense, rude, frustrated and egoistic and above all a Racist human completely refused the service. My advice - Go here only if you hate your car and more than that, hate yourself and would love to get insulted, lied upon and make a fool of yourself while paying out your hard-earned money! ZERO stars!
The employee was nice and courteous and they got me in and out quickly. The price was decent for the service. And all my items were in my car when they returned it! I would trust this place again. I visited this location on 4/8/23
Horrible customer service. Black lady with the dreads was super rude. Would have bought the Goodyear tires if she wouldn’t have been so rude. Lady was rushing us and telling us how she’d have to do it rushed. Was just super unpleasant, ended up going to another tire shop and spending the same amount as the Goodyears. It’s all about attitude and being professional. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend if you see the angry short lady.
We had a positive experience here. The man I spoke with on the phone who also helped us test our battery was pleasant. (I wish I caught his name, I think it started with a "Ch? ") Then we spoke with Victor and a couple other employees and they were all extremely helpful. Thank you!
Meh. Consistently not cheap but not the most expensive option. They get ya with a big mounting fee though at the end so it's not actually the price they quote initially. If they aren't super busy, they're quick. But if the demand is great, best to just wait for another day or go somewhere else.
Their cheapest brand tires, Douglas, are not good quality and wear out and are showing threads just months after buying them new.
