8Made an appointment & took my car in for an oil change. The service was great, and I didn't have to wait for it to be done very long. I also had new wipers installed. I'm pleased with the service, and my car runs SOOO much better!
Everytime I come here for an oil change they're always too busy or it's a 3 hour wait. If it's taking you an hour to do an oil change your doing something wrong anyways. Won't waste my time with this auto center anymore
Good customer service. Mechanic was great in explaining what was done, what needed to be done.
Didn't understand that you can put a larger wider tire on a small thinner rim. They would touch my car unless I put new, factory standard rims on my 09 chevy HHR. They had the tires but refused to do the work. They argued with me instead of coming up with any solutions. And they don't do a full service oil change, they just empty half of the old oil, them they pour in new oil. My family and friends had mechanical failures on their vehicles after Walmart had "serviced" them. Avoid Marion Ohio Walmart auto center services.
Lazy slow don’t want to do there job all bays open don’t close until 7 and it was 5: 15 but finds everything excuse possible not to have to work at all! What a joke.
When I initially called on a Sunday I asked if they would have any time around 5: 00 p.m. To get my car in for a tire repair. The lady said yes so I showed up about 4: 45 and when I got there I was told that all of their mechanics went home at 4: 30 and they couldn't help me.
The following Saturday I go back and when I do get in They tell me it's unrepairable because it's too close to the sidewall, I asked to see it and the mechanic brought it up but it had about 2 in from the sidewall and he told me it was because the nail was at an angle and even if they tried patching it would still leak.
I went ahead and took it home and patched it myself and it's still holding up just fine. I even had the roadside hazard warranty on these tires I bought from them.
Unbelievable how useless they were
We were just at walmart, not the auto center. That store is a freaking disaster. I'll drive the few extra miles to the marysville ohio store. It's always stocked and organized.
