Left me on hold for 28 mins. I understand being busy, but call me back, have a prompt on your phone, have an auto call back system at a certain time, etc. Not professional.

Victor was impeccable! Walked in to get a tire plugged and he professionally and kindly made me aware of Walmarts policies and told me he can’t plug it. Showed me tire options and never pressured me to buy anything. I went through with the purchase but they did not have the tire in stock due to a computer issue. Victor quickly fixed the issue ordered me a new tire that was cheaper than the first option. Definitely a great man and mechanic takes pride in his job and helping other to his best ability.
