Worst tire experience. I understand about being short staffed and you can only do so many cars due to call offs but the customer service is horrible. My son went there first on Friday and was told they couldn’t get him in for a flat tire and to come back on Sunday. Never said that he should make an appointment. So I called myself to see if we could make an appointment and the guy told me oh we could have taken care of him today, that Friday. This makes no sense bc they tell a 17 year old kid that they don’t have time for him but then tell me something different over the phone. I then asked can we do it Saturday or Sunday and was told yes and we don’t need an appointment. My husband and son go up there Sunday and first tire tech they encounter told my husband not even greeting him that he will need to talk to the other associate. Not good customer service. I’ve worked retail for 19 years and I would never have my associates treat people like that. Then we get told that they can’t do any more tires due to staffing. Which I completely understand. The guy offered to take our rim and put the tire on for us and have it ready on Monday afternoon. My son just came from there where the one guy made a comment and said that’s the wrong tire they were about to put on. Well now my husband and son were about to install the new tire trusting the tire associates had given us the right tire. But it was the wrong tire. That’s TWICE now that they gave the wrong size. Also maybe this Walmart should answer their phone. It just rings and rings and when you do finally get through you are put on hold where no manager answers. Worst customer service.

Not so available. You have to make an appointment only after you pre buy the tires. Sweet lord I wanted it fixed then, not next week.

I’ve never seen a tire shop manager so scared to change the tires on a 2012 Mercedes. He said I needed to sign waivers so if they damage anything they aren’t liable. He made me feel like they were incompetent and I took my car across the street to High Point and even saved some money!

Devin and his team went above and beyond to take care of us.could not thank him enough for his customer service skills would recommend going here 100 percent and also did a timely fashion

Brandon is the worst manager he will lie and mislead you I suggest if you need anything from a service center not to go to Walmart there’s too many people not doing their job or giving misinformation they are act like you the customer do not matter and if you were a female, Brandon will take advantage of the situation and lie he does not deserve to be manager and if you call corporate you’re wasting your time because they will not care either so I suggest never to shop at walmart

The gentleman was very helpful and answered all of my questions, in reference to the different types of batteries and warranties.

Tried to charge us twice for a tire we already paid for. After waiting months for a refund for a tire that didn't show up. We took the tire and paid someone else to install it because I'm fueled by distain for Walmart.

We brought two new tires for $100.00 a piece and was charged for valve stems ans all kinds of misc charges before we got out of there the charge was $311.00.

Absolutely horrible experience. I don’t think the staff could be more incompetent. Stripped the lug nuts on my tire only to tell me they couldn’t remove them and change the tire. Tire, then, blew on the way to another service center. Road side assistance couldn’t put a spare on because the workers at Walmart had stripped the lug nuts. Then, had to pay for a tow, extra service AND new lug nuts. Avoid this place at all costs.
