Always drop and hook here. Guards are nice. Area can be tight depending which side you are dropping on.

If you have an appointment for 3 p.m. They will take you two hours early but will not let you back into the door until 2: 30 p.m. This is one of the fastest Walmart DCs I've been to.

I would think in this day and age that employees would not be making fun of your physical appearance. If it were not for this I would have given them a 5 *

Very friendly and helpful, they take their job seriously, without making you feel like a number. Quick in and out.

This place is ridiculous had an 8: 30 pm unload appt and it’s now 10pm and they are just getting to us.

Too much unnecessary delay, very little work enthusiasm.walmart should seriously consider making a restructuring of its personnel.

Here on time to sit 4+hours I hate wal mart DC work like their stores slow as hell why have apt.time if dont even start an hour and a half after said apt. Time

Almost always drop and hook. Typical Walmart protocol 3 hour minimum to get unloaded and no overnight parking. Great area in Jefferson, OH 10 miles away. They have 3-4 truck stops, outlet mall, parking at McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and long John silvers.

I have always been in and out of this DC. They must have all their ducks in a row. Very happy with this DC.

Nice friendly people, easy to move around.did not see any over nite parking.don't come too early.saw many trucks parked on ramps before I got here.

Typical DC. 2 hours to unload, nice staff, only issue was we were given dock 217 but the yard dog messed up and put a prime trailer in our spot. Once that was remidied things went smooth

No parking will put this in my book and not come here low on hrs. They can wait for the drop when I do

One of the better Walmart DC's. Check in no more than one hour early, usually 2 hrs unload. Parking nearby on Lowes Blvd, please keep it clean so city doesn't ban trucks.

Longest I've been at Walmart DC is 1 hr tops soon as u get into door 5 min u already getting unloaded but most loads have been drop and hook stay away from wegmans apt there don't matter u will sit for hrs waiting to get unloaded no business ethics at wegmans all morons driver say for 7 hrs with just 1 pallet to take off

I always love getting a walmart load. The guards in the shack are always smiling and in a great mood. General rule is arrive an hr early and unloading usually done two hrs after appt time, although some walmarts actually try harder & can be done much earlier *not all do that*. Parking is always nice wide. Lots are always clean. Overall good experience!

Staff slow and unfriendly to drivers
Reason majority of my family and friends don't shop Wal-Mart anymore

Only 1 lady working in the traffic office packed up with drivers in line to check in wait time is nuts

Unloaded in less then one hour full 53ft reefer an waited 5 mins for paperwork. Awesome job there. They give a $hit about truck drivers.

Clean facility but unload time sucks! Checked in at 5: 45 this morning with 6 pallets to unload. It's 9 a.m and still waiting for Q. C to inspect my pallets of watermelons. Thnx for another letdown Wal-Mart distribution
