5The staff here works really hard to take care of everyone's prescription needs. Always friendly.
The worst pharmacy I have ever been with. They send me messages that my medicine is ready but when I get there, they ask me to wait another 30-60 minutes. Or they will mess up my insurance numbers and claim my insurance will not cover it, instead of merely contacting my company to clarify. Any other pharmacy would question why an insurance company would not cover a medication. However, the workers here are over worked and under staffed. It is clear they do not have enough staff and need help.
Takes way too long to get a prescription. Even when stopping in 2 hours after prescription was sent in, it’s not ready. Says another 15 minutes or so. I stopped at the pharmacy first, a different time and they still tell me I need to make sure they’re processing it first.which is exactly why I felt the need to stop by to remind them to check their online prescriptions. DO YOUR JOB AND CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS IN! My son is sick and needs his meds ASAP. I will never understand their system.
Never have anything in stock service is very slow I'm switching back to Rite Aid.
