Every time I go to the pharmacy and Kristen is working, she pretends to not see people standing in line and therefore I end up waiting longer than necessary. My most recent visit the pharmacist had to come and call me over to the window. When I asked the pharmacist my question, Kristen cut us off and simply stated that we can't get it at this time, but she was extremely rude about it. When I asked "so is there any kind of ETA" she just snapped "no, I can't do anything. " Every single time I go there and she is working she acts this way. She doesn't even TRY to be a pleasant person. Everyone else in there is so friendly. I feel bad that they have to work with her.
