Stop the used of mask it is so discusting and, humiliated.

Gotta love Wally this was the greatest store they could have ever made in the world it's all a 1 stop shop from food to clothes to toys to baby items to pet food and toys to electronics to crafts to furniture to automotive to biking/hiking/fishing to kitchen/bath/ jus any household items to candles to school supplies to makeup/beauty supplies to jewelry to pharmacy and many many more I think I've named plenty HaHa

It's Walmart what can u say other than hopefully 1 of their employees family isn't messed up on alcohol or drugs or both and almost run you over in the parking lot and take your items out of your cart and throw them in the parking lot because if you report it they just get rid of the security company and sweep it under the rug like it never happened

I'm so glad I don't work at Wal-Mart after Xmas! U t[k one star away for all the FULL carts sitting all over the store with returns! Bravo to the employees:)

We stop here as a last resort. Very impersonal staff, very rarely have more than a couple of lanes open and never stocked well. As previously stated this should be a last resort place to shop.

I'm very disappointed in the auto part of Walmart on Rome Hilliard road because they were very rude and short staff two days in a row I had to go up there because they kept telling me they couldn't do my oil change because of them having short staff
said it rudely as hell and I wouldn't recommend anybody together trash

When in the Walmart wanted to buy a game and electronics for employees just standing there only one guy was working and the other just stood there and look stupid when I wanted somebody to help me so I do not like Walmart

Will never give a wal.art more than a 3. Hilliard is the best one i have found on the west side but the problem with Wal-Mart has always been the same and they know about it and refuse to fix it. Hardly any lanes ever open and bare shelves all the time. You think instead of always using the same excuses over and over like at the first of the month they use the excuse "its the first if the month" heres an idea.you have been around for a lot of those try ordering more stuff

Great service and fast, great price! On my way to work, drive over something on 270. Low pressure light came on, limped to Walmart auto care center. They took us straight in. They had my tires. Bought a new tire, they balanced it. I was out the door in an hour and 15 minutes. Excellent service!

Worst ever! Grounds and store are filthy. Employees are extremely rude here. The parking lot is a breeding ground for crime. Its not very well lit. Youll encounter a panhandler every trip. The parking lot is a disaster with dips, pot holes, and other horrible drivers. There is no rhyme or reason with their thinking.

They usually have what I want but their scooters suck! Users don't plug them back in and staff don't catch it and keep them charged.people like me need this done!

I had a mini stroke which makes it hard for me to get around. I needed a new electric shaver and decided to call first to see if they had the model I wanted. I called the Bethal Rd. Store first and nobody answered. I called twice but no answer. I then called this store (Westpointe). A rep answered on the first ring. She checked to see if they had the model I wanted. She told me they had the model and she would hold it at the service center for me. I went to the store and the shaver was there waiting for me. As I entered the store, an employee noticed I was limping and offered me a battery operated cart that I could ride. I thanked her for her kindness. When I got to the service center, I asked who I had spoke to when I called because I wanted to thank her but no one knew who I had talked to. As I was checking out, the cashier noticed the electric razor and asked me if I was the guy who called in and that she was who I had talked to. I told her how much I appreciated her kindness. I asked what her name was and she told me Meghan. I went to her manager to tell her what a great employee Meghan was. I also mentioned the girl who offered me the electric cart. I will always shop at this Walmart.their employees give that extra effort to really satisfy the customer.

Only 2 (count them TWO) open registers with HUMANS. Too bad they along with other merchants are trying to put people out of work by FORCING customers to use self check outs. Maybe they should hire someone to bring in carts, NOT an available empty cart to be found in the store. Guess you have to remember to get a cart from the parking lot. I rated them 1 star, only because this site doesn't offer half stars.

This Walmart in Hilliard is the best. They have everything you need. From food, even hot food to clothes, furniture, electronics and so much baby stuff and toys of course. If they don't have something you can go to Walmart.com and order whatever you need and they'll ship it to that store in just a few days and you can pick it up anytime. Now they have their Buckeye gear out. Shirt is $10. Shorts on sale for $11.

This place never has more than one rep at the money center especially on a Friday. Walmart is too big and f a company not to have enough staff. This is ALL the time no matter what time of the day it's only for me CSR at the Money center. They will have two reps at customer service but one where majority of the people go to cash checks and do money orders. This is supposed to be a convenience not two hours of my day gone. Just ridiculous!

Nothing stocked, aisle full of carts with trash, empty shelves, and no staff around anywhere except the kid stocking that spoke very poor English. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I shop here to fill up my water jugs and buy my toilet paper in bulk they also carry a smoke flavored turkey lunch meat I really like and it's cheaper than any other grocery store

This place is awesome. We both got the drumsticks, medium with no slaw and extra mac and cheese. I had the sweet tea and she had the unsweetened. We sat down and our food was up in no time. It was delicious, I didnt know Columbus could do southern food so well. We had the banana pudding for dessert and that was the perfect ending. This will be one of our regular spots.

Goo and convinient for me, but I asked one employee where I could find reading glasses and he sent me to sporting goods.okay that was the wrong place

This is the 2nd Walmart I have gone to in the last 2 days that could not mix paint for me because the machine was down. Either maintain your machines or stop selling paint. Waste of time and gas.
