Walmart Supercenter, Toledo OH

This has to be the absolute worst staff working the curbside pick up. They have no organization whatsoever. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to wait over an hour for my groceries to be brought to me and that’s after I called at least 5 times. This isn’t to say these are my only bad experiences, I’ve had to wait ~30+ min multiple times. They are the absolute worst. Either hire more staff or hire people that have brains.

I actually use the pharmaceutical pick-up outside. The people are courteous, prompt and cheerful!

Shelves still kinda bare. Store not well organized. Not many check outs open compared to people in line. Store employees are not happy with their jobs, disconnected with management, don't feel like they have job security, and they feel overworked or some feel underworked.

Placed an order for delivery. Was told it would be "delayed". 48+hrs later and it still isn't here. I had to spend money on eating out on my family that wasn't planned because there was no update. No one answers the store when you call, or it's busy, or it sounds like someone picks up then clicks. Would be pretty cool if I didn't have $250 of funds I need available to feed my family instead of sitting in limbo because of bad communication on Walmarts end.

2 or 3 of the stock employees, perhaps temporary help, were outright rude. Cashier was nice. I was put off by one pulling a pallet jack in front of me without saying a word making me wait. 3 stars today.

It was OK. It's impossible to find someone when you need them; some associates seem to think it's necessary to have the entire department (electronics) helping one customer so that anyone else who comes in is on their own. Still, the kid who eventually helped me was nice enough and they had a good price for some Christmas gifts.

Twas 3 days before Christmas. We had both our children with us. We walked in for a picture frame and walked out with $150 in goods. The experience was good tho because they had plenty of samples to hold not only the kids over but the adults also. Also ps they had tastings for different margarita mixes which was the real bonus. Walmart.doing it right.

I like Walmart they have the best deals the best prices I like their employees I recommend Walmart to everybody the pharmacy in Pharmacy staff are very helpful I'm cordial I like Walmart

Got ripped off $200 dollars on my gift cards. It's Christmas, they are closed and I can't get my money back right now. Completely ruined my kids Christmas

Walmart has just about anything you can ask for for an affordable price. I love this location. I have never had one issue. I always go thru the kids clearance section and I have to get my candles and melts from here. This place has the best prices comparable to any other department stores.

I am in love with Walmart pick up, they have the best employees working in the pick up area. Much easier for me to just go pick up and I get to spend more time with my hubby.

The Walmart Associates on the floor at this particular location are pretty terrible. I asked three associates where I would find a vacuum seal food saver, the first associate immediately cut me off and told me she was on break and she will and wasn’t allowed to speak to me and continued to walk right past me, the second one told me she didn’t know, and the third one pointed in the direction and said its supposed to be somewhere over there in housewares. I didn’t end up finding what I needed so I left and bought it from target without any hassle. Spent the extra. 02 and It was well worth it.

Three employees conversated for 15 minutes right next to me while I was struggling to find the bed I was trying to buy then complained about another customer who asked them for help

I don't remember her name, but my mother was buying wine and the worker asked if me and my sister were old enough to drink. Ofcourse my mom said no and the lady told her that if we were old enough she would have to ID us. First of all, no she wouldn't have to ID us because neither of us were purchasing the alchohal. Second, neither of us touched the alchohal. Walmart workers seem to be gettimg worse and worse.

Chose to go to another eye glass center the one on Central Avenue did not meet my expectations they were not very helpful more or less because of policy of the eye glass prescription being it came from another eye glass place very lazy in my thoughts never going back will pay more you get what you pay for!

Poor customer service asked 4 diff employees for some $3 window blinds and not one came back; but I may be bias having been a Walmart employee in another state, though a similar size city. And the shelves are consistently restocked 2/3 into the month. I do grocery shopping every 2 weeks and always coming home, "They still didnt have it", about a handful of regular groceries in our home.

The store and its products are fine. Good amount to choose from and cheaper than elsewhere. This store is just pretty much always busy with a majority of the other customers not caring that they are blocking aisles for people. Everywhere. Not my cup of tea. The later in the day (like after 9p or 10p) you go there, the less people, and the better the whole experience shopping there is.

Walmart KNOWS it's a busy season and yet still have 100 cash registers and 3 cashier's and employees walking around talking on their phones. Supporting the Illuminati is FUXN RIDICULOUS

Very popr i came in mid night to shop and 3 poeple of the mod team very nasty Larry. Mary Mark calssy i missed spelled there name i was at front coniner very disrespectful poor customer service

Consistent poor customer service finding someone to assist you is like finding a unicorn and this store is always out of items, when I usually ask store associates when something may be back in stock I was told your guess is as good as mine.
