Walmart Supercenter, Whitehall OH

Tried curb side for first time associates well very helpful in explains things so I have no issue next time

Alot of the shelves in mens department are empty, never any T shirts, A Shirts or underwear any type. Bo matter how hard staff tries, customers trash the store.

This Wal-Mart has some of the worse check out waits ive seen of any Wal-Mart. Getting help is also a task i waited at sporting goods for 40 mins to by my hunting licenses it was after 8pm could be why other then that the sub way in this Wal-Mart is nasty the containers holding the food looked like they never been washed. I decided not to chance it. Overall its the worse ive been to.

Bathrooms were nasty, not alot of toddlor clothing everything had been picked thru and nothing was were it was suppose to be, was in the store for 2 and a half hours when i got there the front restroom was gated off and when i left it was still gated. Had to go all the way to the back of the store to use the bathroom

It’s Walmart ‍️, the security make me not want to shop here; I understand you want your presence to be known but the uniforms are too aggressive

Whitehall Walmart is THE worst. They follow you around in there like your stealing if you have ANYTHING of value in your cart.

Walmart is fast becoming a super inconvenience store. The quality of their products is in need of quality control. Too many things don't work or don't last long. The other issue is it is often times difficult to find help, and when you do they can't really help you. One employee told me he was only familiar with apples and other produce. I was like KISS MISS MITCHELL.

Packed as always money center closes late which sucks the man who helped me get my money out looked at me all stupid like i didnt have any business being there

Even though it is Christmas time the store wasn't crowded. Quickly got the items that I wanted plus some I didn't. Lol Friendly staff for once. Whitehall Walmart will get my service again.

Piss us off this time they wanted my husband ID and mine so for me buying wine we both are over 35 and look it also. We just don't understand why they needed his? They say it's policy for who ever is with you to have ID and be of age. Which doesn't make sense when people have kids with them

Associates are rude lines are always long no matter what time of the day yet you see multiple associates just standing around I understand the time of the year may be rough but come on customer service is key

Its the worst Walmart ever, every department knows nothing about there products. The cashiers r the worst, they walk away from their registers all the time & never return for at least 20min. Bottom line that store sucks.

RUDE employee didn't offer any assistance when asked about a certain product. They didn't have what u was looking for. Won't be back there for a long while

Cashier and bagger both were very rude. No greeting nor thank you have a good night. Also, I'm missing a couple of items which mean she didn't put all my bags in my cart. There were some items that were not in stock which is not just this store but other Walmart stores located on Morse Rd.and in Pickerington.

Every time I cone here there are lines stretched out! Cashiers need to be properly scheduled. Today I waited in line for 20 minutes and I Had to change lines and I'm still waiting. It's Christmas time. Epic fail for mgmt! 256 Reynoldsburg will continue to be my choice no matter what.

Most staff is courteous the Store manager is completely obnoxious and rude. Honestly I doubt he could find water if it was raining on him.

One person working the layaway line Continuous calls for the manager. Once making payment, had to leave out and go to another part of store to remove security tag. Walmart you can do better

According to plan I like Walmart and I shop there a lot thinking about doing a little bit of Christmas gifts you should shop at Walmart also.

I bought a Hoover windtunnel 2 it was originally 99.94 and it was on sale for $49.94. I was really happy and excited to get home and put it together. Until I got home, opened the box, pull out the vacuum, and it says Bissel on there! You have to be kidding me!

Absolute worst customer service. We went to the auto center and they ordered tires for us. We got a call saying they were available. We came in the next day and they didn'thave them. Then, they told us to go to the pick up center where the tires might be and I waited there for 20 min for a worker. And they sent me right back to the tires location, where they found out they sent them right back. The whole process took over an hour and now I have to reorder them and wait another week only to hope it doesn't happen the second time around.
