Walmart Supercenter, Bucyrus OH

Great place and employee ready and willing to help but why is the self check out always card only really gets me when line's are full I have my daughter and can just check myself out if I have cash

Picked up a mobile order and had no issues with that myself as it was a quick and easy process. I did however feel bad for the staff because the pickup area isn't covered and it was cold and raining. Do better for your employees Walmart because you absolutely can afford a covered pickup area like I've seen and used at other establishments.

Used to work here management has there favorites pay is horrible for what u have to put up with.wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.rude customers and snotty co workers

This is by far one of the worst Wal-Mart's I have ever been to and I live in this town. The employees are always rude and no one is ever in any department. You have to go find someone if you need anything and you will find all of the workers in one group at the front just talking. Probably a great place to work because you don't have to be kind or work.

Carts everywhere, stacked in front of parking spaces. Only 2 clerks working the registers. The lines 5 and 6 people long. Hard for handicap people to use self checkout. Never have people, to ask questions, or to give you directions of something.

Excellent quiet clean no big rush like at Marion walmart worth the extra drive just like the BMV way quicker in bucyrus than Marion!

I'm not a big Walmart Lover. My husband had to exchange some ear buds. We actually went to Aldi's next door and grocery shopped.

Got a spicy potato taco two of them couldn't eat neither one potatoes were cooked beyond recognition hard as rock got like eight fries a half a cup of cheese and the pop was terrible mixture was all wrong this is the one in Mansfield on Park avenue

Terrible customer service! I called there looking for a specific light bulb and was transferred to hardware. The guy said the bulb I was looking for didn't "sound familiar". I asked him if h e would look for me and he put me on hold and never came back to the phone. 12 minutes passed and the phone went to a busy signal. It never fails with this store.

No one. And I Mean NO ONE but the cashier talks to you. Good luck finding help if you have questions or are looking for something.

Okay dude straight up this wasn't a bad little Walmart it looks small on the outside but once you get in the store it's pretty nice. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints at all

They have horrible employees there. Very rude, like ur interrupting them by asking a question while they stand there and talk to each other. Just very bad people in the Ontario Walmart

Very nice store. Always clean and shelves are always pretty well stocked. Service desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful as well as cashiers have a nice glowing personality. Mr. Sam would be proud of you'll. (Yes, I met the man twice years and years ago at the Millington Tennessee. Store where I worked at the time.)
