Walmart Supercenter, Mansfield OH

Had a pickup order from out of town. Everything was great except one tomato was rotten and couldn't be used to make my dish for Thanksgiving. Friendly pickup associates. Plenty of parking. Also has electric car chargers in the parking lot.

Dear Walmart, if you are going to force us to use self checkout, please have more than 2 checkouts that you can use cash at.there was a line of people all waiting to use those 2 checkouts.absolutely ridiculous. I remodel walmarts for a living and that was the most frustrating thing I've had to do in one for a long time

Quickly gave me my Janssen/Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 Booster and my Prevnar-13 Pneumonia Vaccine. I go back for my Pneumovax-23 Pneumonia Vaccine on 12-January-2022.

I know it is an issue all over, but stock was low on something I needed 2 weeks in a row. Can't really complain though considering it is Walmart and there's a million other options to purchase. The store is clean and what staff I encounter is always friendly.

Friendly willing to help employees.when you can Find them. Took a long time to get help and then they weren't very knowledgeable in their products, some didn't even know where certain things were. Also as of late they are out of a lot of products and every person I talked to gave a different reason why.

It's a great store but they don't sell tobacco products but all other Walmarts do? Why not this one being close to the interstate with travelers. They need to start selling that product again.

Went to pick up prescription it was misplaced. Had to wait for someone to wait on me at counter but all turned out good.

Auto center.took them a long time to get my tires in. I thought they were a little slow putting them on. They charge 14.00 each tire for lifetime rotation. They don't ask. My 57.00 tire turned out to be 80.00 tire.

Ordered my list for pickup and I was parked and gone, within 20 minutes. AWESOME and I will definetly use this store again. Thank You!

Except for the national shortage of product lately, this store is always clean, organized and stocked. Almost completely self checkout, which isn't my favorite, but they do have the large bagging areas for your groceries. Prefer this Walmart to any others in the area!

Very good clean store anytime nice people always friendly fully stocked I always look forward to stopping here truck friendly just to shop I don’t know about over night parking I just shopping here and go very clean parking lot so let’s keep it that way everybody take there garbage and put in it’s place THANK YOU and have a safe trip Driver’s

I still feel guilty every time I go to one of these stores. Everyone should 1 should it is meaning the death of all the mom and pop stores and eventually we will have nowhere else to go and they will charge whatever price they want price they want.

My experience at Walmart was a real disaster. 2 cashiers in the whole store. 20 or more waiting to check THEMSELVES OUT! What a joke! I'm really hoping people will start going other places to shop. I will.

Definitely the cleanest most updated Walmart I have ever seen this place including the staff was way above and beyond the rest of the Walmart that I attend

Never have anything that I really need. I go there to get items I can't find at my local dollar stores, and soon as I finally find the right isle and get to the spot where its supposed to be. Its all gone. I've had that happen to many times to count. They move tje items way to much and change the isles around entirely to much. They also do not give a rain check for sale item's either. Just to give a heads up. I went 3 times one time a couple years ago for a sale item the shelf stayed completely empty til after the sale. I think Walmart's owner is very selfish and money hungry, cuz that has happened to me multiple times. Also ill just go to Aldi or save a lot like many others do now, since we got to package our own groceries

Even though they may not have everything right now, and for some reason are setting up for winter in the end of summer, they have great service and help throughout the entire store.

Store was very Clean and Somewhat full. It has Newest Rollout with 90% self Checkout and Dollar shop (Like Target) but new Design and it Looks Great! Not Bad.

Don't know how to answer the phone when u call them. I been trying to get ahold of automotive since 9 this morning and no answer and I called customer service no answer as well

Terrible management. The store manager josh should be fired for how rude and unfriendly he is. I will never shop at store 1539 ever again based on my experience

Too many self checkout Lanes open and not enough with an actual person. Walmart makes billions a month and don't want to pay a cashier. The elderly are not fond of the self checkout lanes and often get confused with the entire situation. Then have to wait for a person who is actually employed to help. SHAME OF WALMART
