Walmart Supercenter, Springfield OH

This is the worst walmart i ever saw. Every time im there the shelves are empty. Never have what i need. I will never go there again

Usually a good store to shop, but alot of empty shelves and could use a good cleaning. It is the end of a hoilday weekend and the first part of the month so hopefully that's the reason and the answer to this problem.

Homeless junkies roaming the parking lot. Greeters who ignore you, empty boxes litter the shelves. Store is dirty. Walmart sucks!

Walmart at 200 South Tuttle Rd.in Springfield, Ohio is ok, but, It needs to be stocked up with everything from toilet paper to Clorox Wipes to paper towels to cat litter, cat/dog food, etc.

Monthly grocery trip, I spend $500+ every month.found most all of what I needed, and they had MUSH!

Was very clean people were friendly my friend needed some fabric to make blankets the person there was knowledgeable about her job

I got in line at the pharmacy, WAITED never moved. Shopped, returned to pharmacy and 2 people had been waited on. WAITED AGAIN. If I was sick I don't think I could last long enough to p/u my prescription. Two people at the window would help.

I normally have no complaints but tonight (during the holiday season) they only had two registers open which creates chaos at the self checkout and is totally unacceptable, the associated we're doing their best but some seemed unknowledgeable which is not their fault. Wal-Mart can do better I believe

Employee (young man) in electronics cell phone accessories showed ZERO interest in assisting finding product and less knowledge in answering questions.

Helpful Lady in the sewing section named Linda was super, helped me find everything i needed, gave me a few ideas & pointed me in the right direction for the rest of my needs! Nice cashier too

Its Walmart. Not much to say. The grocery pick up feature is pretty awesome though so plus 1 star for that.

I can't stand Walmart.but THIS store is the example that every other store in the Nation should model themselves after.
Customer service is great, the store is clean and employees go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for.
You can tell that the people who work here take pride in their place of employment.
I wish every Walmart were like this one.

Prices low, as expected.
BIG problem with lack of cashiers! 1 actually on duty while there were at least 100 + customers in store.
If I wanted to work as a cashier, I would apply for a job! Piss-poor management by walmart!

Was just there with a friend and her daughter. Would not sell us alcohol because the daughter is under 21, though was there with her mother. Was not able to personally speak with a supervisor. I then asked cashier “so every parent that comes in with a child under 21 isn’t able to buy alcohol? ” She replies that it depends on the circumstance. Wasn’t able to give me a real reason. This place blows, don’t waste your time.

Great place they have everything you need and you can order online and pick up in store, staff is helpful almost always we shop here every month

It's Walmart. I don't know what else to say. This one on Tuttle Rd is always clean and the employees are friendly.

Do my main shopping here for all my staples, sometimes I buy my favorite night shirts and around the house clothing.have all my needs

Don't like the fact that when you go there no one wants to help I also think it's stupid to basically force customers to scan out there own products while useless employees stand around and talk and play on there phones. All the Company Board members want is to getore money and not hire responsible help. At this rate I will find another place to shop even if it's a little mom and pops store with alot of higher price. So Wal-Mart you have only your own greed to thank for losing customers.

The employees are stopping us in the isles asking if we're finding everything ok! Outstanding that Walmart is so willing to help. Door greeters are still a joke! If a door greeter says nothing to you as you enter they shouldn't be a door greeter.

Walmart is sometimes a CLEAN and FRIENDLY place,
But All in All it's busy and fast, and very helpful.
I'll give it 5 STARS
