Walmart Supercenter, North Olmsted OH

Organized, seems to be well staffed also. I live in Brook Park by highway intersections it literally takes me 10-14 minutes to go to 4 different Walmart’s, Steelyard, Brooklyn, North Olmsted and Strongsville. This one is by far the best one. I more frequently had been going to Brooklyn because my mom lives nearby but that place is terrible all around. Everytime I went there I would press the button for help at formula and no one would ever come, other associates would pass me multiple times and act like I didn’t need help, they’d say they didn’t know who had the key and I would quite literally have to go track that person down myself.

In fact I sadly had to learn that that person is typically hanging out around the women’s dressing area and that’s sad that I have to learn that to be able to track that person down everytime I go there because they don’t use their own notification systems. I went to Olmsted and as soon as I pressed the button for formula 3 employees came around within a minute as one was training the others. I checked out and an associate was training someone on ringing in orders. It’s obvious this store is great at hiring hopefully they’re also great at retention. Keep it up, I’ll probably start coming here more often over the other stores.

Strongsville is not too terrible also but it’ll be a while before I go back to Brooklyn. I don’t expect them to do more than they can but it’s the fact they don’t even try their best which upsets me, ignoring customers.

They never stock items that sell fast. Commonsense would dictate stop stocking so much of the varieties that never sell, amd stock the ones that do. For example regular Lipton lemon iced tea mix. It's always sold out, yet they have a ton of peach. Nobody wants the peach. Give it one row and call it a day. Or just messy piles of clothes to dig through to hope you find the right size. Also this store absolutely turns down money on online orders. They cancel every online order I make and refund me. It's like they dont want to pay enough staff to do it, and just hope you will come in and do it yourself. Their staff is mostly rude people that hate their jobs. If you dont trust me to do self check out, hire cashiers. Because I'm not sitting in another line to check my receipt at the door. Their parking lot contaminates half of north olmsted with trash. Yet they wont pay somebody to pick it up. A billion dollar corporation, just crapping up whole neighborhoods at a time.

I was going through the self checkout near grocery section around 1pm on december 21st 2021.one of the ladies there called me a “ma’am” and i am a male.i looked at her trying to figure her out.then i decided to call the store to bring this up to management.nobody answers the phone if you press electronics or customer service.called pharmacy and the lady working there refused to transfer me to a supervisor.i called the deli and some lady answered and got me her immediate supervisor who is a “coach”. The “coach” listened to my grievance but then got aggravated when i voiced my concern that generally people in her position side with coworkers and not the customers and bias might still be at play in this circumstance.she raised her voice and got confrontational which i found to be poor people skills in general.i decided to call corporate after this call and also the ethics hotline.its not a surprise that hourly wage employees might be prejudiced but to blatantly assume that i wont say anything about being called a “ma’am” when nothing about me is feminine is an extremely ridiculous way to slight someone assuming that i dont speak english.

Workers just stand around talking doing nothing. Store is not well organized. They are rude. Some workers just stare at you for nothing like your doing something wrong

I can't complain too much, but why does it take an Act of Congress to get service at the razor case? I waited over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. I understand the need to prevent shoplifting, but c'mon. Have somebody available.

I'm finally figuring out the layout of this particular Walmart.it's a whole different story from medina Walmart. I mean.they have mostly the same stuff.just a different lay out.the people that work there are very personable.and very professional.so if you find yourself in a different Walmart than you're used to.don't be shy.

Like Walmart only if the got a cart for me to drive around I can spend hours in this store o the good times thanks krisRiley.

Pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean, and organized. Many teammates said hello to me while I passed them in the store.

Unfortunately this Walmart has gone down hill in recent years.selection of what you would think are items they should carry is spotty.

The store is clean and well stocked; but, I only found 5 of 15 items I wanted to purchase. I didn't have a long wait in line to checkout with a cashier today.
Nice that there is a Subway here so you can eat or get a pop and sit down. T he help at Subway are fast and very nice here.

Went up there to exchange a pack of Huggies diapers that was already opened and repackaged and I got it home noticed that one sleeve was missing out of it went back and tried to exchange it and explain the situation and they told me that they could not exchange it I would have to go through Huggies to get my refund I don't have a lot of money and I spent the last amount of money to actually get these diapers for my child I will not be shopping here anymore the staff is rude the store is dirty I highly recommend nobody else shop there

Pretty fast and kind.no lines.clean.lady to greet ya at door was not friendly at all and didn't speak of she wasn't checking your ticket amd then just looked at ot marked ot and went on lol she had no clue what was in my cart

My friend tripped and fell over a wood pallet of some garbage. They have not contacted her regarding how she's doing or anything. They don't care! They just want to make sure she doesn't sue!

Please take better care of your pet section and get better selection of food wet and dry. Beef food should NOT have Chicken anything in it and most of the food is chicken its VERY frustrating

Hopefully you as a elderly senior citizen will NEVER have to use their restrooms!
I had an emergency at the North Olmsted Walmart and couldn’t make it to the back restroom so I went to the front ones. Big mistake!
3 other ladies were waiting as well, I went in and a young guy had closed up the restroom with his rolling janitorial cart.
I explained my dilemma to him and his answer: you can’t come in here, I can’t stop cleaning and I’ll be 10-15 minutes! Go take yourself to the back restroom, which I had just explained that I couldn’t
I called the store to speak to a manager for 31 minutes straight, NOBODY ANSWERED! Called headquarters and they hang up on me!
WOW WALMART, way to go on how to treat “your valued customers”!
That young man could’ve stepped away for a few minutes?
Luckily it wasn’t his mother or grandmother in a emergency situation!
Shame on you and your management!

Oh and don’t think about using a electric cart, the “greeter” told me to get one on the other side…really?

Never stepping foot into that company again where I’m not treated with dignity, I hope others wake up too…

The day before Thanksgiving, as busy as it was the entire staff seemed very happy, helpful and just nice. Pleasant experience. Kudos to the staff
