Walmart Supercenter, Madison OH

Their workers are extremely slow. I’ve had multiple pick up orders and each time in one day I’ve waited for 1-1 & 30 minutes. Terrible service! Not a single person answers the phone either. How can they be this slow there’s definitely something wrong here. Seems like multiple people had the same issue I had today I noticed everyone around me getting irritated. It’s absolutely ridiculous

Ordered from Walmart grocery but their systems are down so I had to go into the store to purchase my own still not a bad experience.

Nov 2021-Received an updated review changing the store name that the original review was under. NOT cool. Will NOT pay for Walmart + again. Their retail behavior is horrible. Now using Instacart. It may cost a little more to shop at Meijer's through Instacart but at least my order is filled properly and by someone who texts me with questions to make my order perfect.

I go to Walmart to pick up groceries curbside. I'm not alone. I go after work and they are busy. They're always out of several things I ordered. They need more help, but that seems to be a problem many places. The people who bring the food to the car are efficient and friendly.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a laptop on line using the affirm payment plan. Had been in the same night and knew they were in stock. Placed my order. Got the confirmation and was told to pick up after 11am the next day. Right at 11 while I was on my way I get a notification that my order was canceled because it was out of stock. So I went in and the laptop was in fact still in stock. Because I was paying with affirm I can’t reorder until that clears. Could be up to 21 days. Walmart claims there’s nothing they can do. They have no way of checking who was supposed to pick it. No accountability here. I talked to several people and they confirmed it must of been someone just not doing their job. Thanks a lot Walmart

The madison walmart management and csm's conveniently couldn't find the tire purchase and warranty on their system. They really are some foul folk at madison walmart my opinion.oh wells they charged $16 to put a plug in the tire luckily it was repairable.friendly as constipated rattlesnakes there. 90% unfriendly.got yelled at for stepping on the lip of a pallet to get a case of water.they gave me a tough time getting compensated for a package of rotten lunchmeat. They wouldn't cash my stimulus because my license didn't have the jr.suffix and on and on.

What a gave a higher rating if they would have had all my stuff out of stock. Out of stock on twin Pax of cream cheese. They could have just gave me two single packs of cream cheese.

Poor register service. On weekend morning you're lucky to find one register open but a heck of a lot of people standing a laughing/talking near register/area. Very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. Back in their heyday it was no more than 3 in a lane would cause them to open a lane, i currently stand in a lane with a total of 7 us.

A clean Walmart. Much better than any of the Walmarts in the area. But i mean, it is Walmart so keep your expectations in check. Employees are usually pretty friendly. Glad it has a wide variety of items so i can keep my shopping to just one store.

Madison Walmart is great! I live in Ashtabula and put it this way I Wish our Walmart would take lessons! The associates were friendly at the service desk, in Ashtabula you might get bit. Literally! Customers were even genuinely in a better mood, I wonder why could it be there treatment is much kinder. Hmmm. And prices Wow what a difference! Definitely better place to shop, must be cause they have competitors. We so need competition in Ashtabula area as well. Bring our prices down! Madison Walmart great store! I'll definitely be going more often.

Shelves are empty no staff around and website saying that that they have it which is never the case or it is somewhere else in the store

The Super Walmart in Madison is great. I have never experienced an issue. Friendly and helpful. Clean and well stocked. The remodel of Mentor is nice. Theu did a good job. Bit ot will never compare.

Shout out to all of the late teens/ early 20's kids working there. One day in the future, and sooner then you think, you will be a mid 30s or older shopper with spawn and a full cart. You will ask the children who have now replaced you as employees for assistance. You will receive a snide and unhelpful response. Maybe, just maybe, at that moment you will remember when it was you who was the snot. It is then and only then, justice will be served.

Honest opinion: walmart is a great place to shop at and the emplyees are kind but as well can be stressful depending if its a holiday and or short staffed, mondays is the busiest days as well can be hard to find things, if you can catch a Employee there very helpful,

as a Employee its a mixture of good and bad days as well can be very busy and stressful but there's days that its calm just depends on what's going on also pays pretty well for a job there (past experience)

and due the the pandemic last year there's not as much on the Shelf as there used to be which can be annoying as well if your looking for a specific item and can't find it but that problem is around the world right know, understandable that there's not as much shipments after the pandemic.

I’m just going to put this out here for all Walmart’s. Iv moved around over the years, and every time I come to a Walmart or order online I have a problem. For instance tell me why I put an order in online for an item “in stock” and received an email saying my order couldn’t be fulfilled due to inventory issues and not to worry because my card wasn’t charged (it was!). Or why the time before that I placed an order for a vacuum and it took over 45 minutes for them to put it into my car for curbside pick up, no department answering their phone line, I get home and it’s not even the vacuum I ordered, they gave me a more expensive vacuum even tho my order said I was receiving the vacuum I initially ordered, and then they charge my card for the more expensive one without my authorization and say “we substituted the next best thing” when they literally had in stock the vacuum I wanted but in a different color. You would think they would substitute the vacuum with the same one of a different color but no. And I still have yet to receive my refund. For both. Iv had major issues with every grocery order placed too. I could go on and on about the problems.

It's a nicer Walmart. Big and clean. I asked 2 workers for help and both were polite and helpful, one taking me to the item I was looking for.

This store in madison ohio never has anything that you find online and says is at the store lots of empty shelves going down hill fast
