I hope you NEVER EVER have to call them. They never answer the DAM phone. No departments even customer service. Why are they even in business.

This was a pretty good wal mart. Although they are busy as heck, it was kept clean. I wish the staff were a bot more attentive. Thats the only gripe I have.

Yes Walmart has the worst store in the Steelyard you know they have workers they only open two or three cashiers long lines you'll never get no satisfaction

They have alot of bad produce n over frosted old freezer things in back of freezers seems like they do not pull n renew freezer food. Sadly.

Latoya is awful to be Around. The workers are very unprofessional. Very much ghetto. The prices are okay. Compared to every other Walmart in Ohio though this was is probably the worse

Great place for shopping. Their app makes it easier to search for available products in store. Nice shopping experience. They also take returns very easily and quickly

Found all I came for and then something extra it was a pleasant experience so many things have change on the outside nothing that concerns Walmart. I will continue to come back cause the sales personnel stock personnel is always helpful

Great prices and deals at this Walmart and although it's almost always packed the lines move pretty quick and they keep it pretty clean at this location

I've never liked Wal-Mart and to this day I still just don't feel right about it. When I was a child, I felt a general unease and sense of distrust when going there. Back then they used to have greeters that handed out stickers and smiley faces on the bags. They since ditched the smiley faces because no one really ever leaves there smiling.

If you plan to go to this Walmart make sure you are making a day of it because shopping is fairly easy and you can find everything you need, but check out is a 45 min process at best. Also It's definitely not the cleanest Walmart out there and a few of the employees can be really rude. If you live in the neighborhood and have no other choice this store pretty much has all you need in one stop. But I would much rather take the 15 extra minutes and drive to the Walmart on Brookpark Rd!

Forget the crazy long line and wait for a key holding manager numerous times before me but then when it's finally my turn to ring out the cashier was rude, throwing my stuff into the bags and when I clearly told her I only wanted a certain amount charged to my credit card she didn't know how to do it, we had to wait for her to walk very very slowly to find someone who, unknowingly, charged the entire amount. Do you think she apologized or tried to fix it? Of course not. It's so frustrating.

I love Walmart, always have. Where shopping is a pleasure! Only problem is that there is not enough cashiers. You do get to know people in line.

The floor there is Super nasty as you walk into the store compared to any in NORTHEAST OHIO
me and the wife is always traveling from town to town in OHIO and this place needs new management.

Atrocious. Front door clearly states the store is open until 11 and an employee spoke into the loudspeaker that the store was closing at 10 for no apparent reason and that we all needed to make our purchases and get out. We were redirected between five different lines by cashier's rudely. Our final cashier was texting and using her airpods. Interestingly enough she was going at a snails pace while being simultaneously upset wish us still being in the store. The store was also dirty and disheveled.

Most items under one roof. Many things are made in China. There is a Wal-Mart gas station and electric vehicle charging station at this location.

Shopping was good. Although things have been challenging for most companies Wal-Mart is really trying. They had plenty check out lines open to support the long lines. The wait in line wasn't long at all and the shelves were stocked really well. It was a very positive experience. Outside of me wanting fresh flowers that for the most part were all wilted away.

Always ghetto never fails! It's a big sign at customer service saying they take returns with or without the receipt, the chick says it's up to the manager, she was nice. It's always something when I go to this store. Messy shelves, outta stock. I'm only giving 2 stars because the chick wasn't rude this time

The worst Wal-Mart ever customer service is trifalent the employees walk around with attitudes and not helpful at all I will be shopping online from now on
