Walmart Supercenter, Stow OH

I would rate higher but this store has always had a stocking issue even before covid. My advice is to go to the Brimfield one where you have a better selection of items. Always a struggle to find groceries here.

I enjoy getting out when I can, Today it was something else. No scooter. My nurse pulled me and buggy, I sat on my walker. Enjoyed seeing people and being their.

It felt like i was black Friday shopping. Elbow to elbow with everyone, unable to shop down isles because they are too narrow for 2 carts to pass each other in some of them because of what's hanging on the endcap.just a small trip was taking forever.

Constantly changing store around so I never know where things are. Could be cleaner.
All associates are always nice & helpful.

The Walmart employees shopping for people who order online are constantly blocking aisles with the big carts. Very inconsiderate

This time at Walmart was pretty good, granted I just went pick up money Walmart to Walmart. But the customer service rep made it quick and easy. Like it should be.

Please give the greeter a chair or a stool. They were very nice but sometimes they look very uncomfortable just standing there. Check out was incredibly fast (mind blown right?) A good selection for what I was there shopping for. Store was messy but it's prep time for Black Friday /holiday shopping, so very understandable.

Not the BEST Wal-Mart, Thwy don't have a large selection of items you normally find at a Wal-Mart. The shelves have lots of empty spots and the rwstrooms are not clean.

This Walmart is pretty good. Okay, really good! Lol I will say the store is normally clean and notice the guys working very hard over there. Even with the apparent stress we put on them, the staff seems still willing to help anyway they can and do their best to be professional which says a lot. Especially since they are short handed. Even when I am impatient at times, I remind myself that these are human beings and not robots and that they're doing their best. So why only four stars? Well they do deserve the five, but no Auto repair shop? With a store of this size? Lol it's not their fault! Hopefully this review helps in some way

On this visit I was shocked to see 5 people open bags and a container of grapes touching them and eating from them. I mention this to a Walmart employee and he says yes it happens alot and if he says anything the people get mad. One parent allowed their child to pull off a hand full to eat. Its upsetting to see this and I do hope the managers find some way for this not to keep happening.

Prices were good and the store was clean. Found what we were looking for and were able to get it pretty quickly. Employees were friendly.

They need to have more cashiers, I waited with over 10 people in line. I did not want to do self checkout, they are too cheap to pay cashiers. Other than that it’s just another Walmart.

The younger workers are very friendly and helpful. There is one older woman who works CS which is always pretty nasty. Deli is okay.

Horrible management. Horrible customer service representatives! Waiting on hold for 50 minutes to talk to a manager. Drove to Walmart still on hold and was able to speak to a manager two minutes after walking into the door. Placed an order for bakery. When I went to pick it up My order. They said nobody worked bakery today and my order wasn’t done.

If you call this store, good luck getting an actual human on the line. I called multiple times over the course of two hours trying to get someone. When someone finally answered my call, they transferred me to my requested department, where I languished on hold for a half hour before I gave up. Terrible customer service. Terrible. It's amazing that one of the biggest corporations in the world can't be bothered to pick up the phone. Now I have to go out there to get a simple question answered.

This Walmart is clean fresh instead of the art its the most recently remodeled Walmart I’ve ever been in. Store is laid out efficiently and there is plenty of things in stock.

Walmart Wasn't an issue. Customer Service doesn't Gnow Protocols. Ask Three Different people to be sure any info outside of returns or ring ups are ACCURATE.
