Always low on stock multiple departments and horrible customer service. Everytime I've asked for help it seemed like I was asking a favor. The store is SUPER GHETTO.smh

First of all they switch cashiers and then she took forever she was on the phone and then she was filling up her bag rack line long it was a bad experience

If you can't find it at Wal-Mart you'll have a hard time finding it anywhere. Store is clean and vast. Not sure about staffing, but the associates I encountered were polite & helpful.

They had 3 registers opened, people were in 3 different lines around the corner, I was in line for over an hour, which I told myself that won't happen again, I was really upset and everyone else was too.

The store is a mess. Items are misplaced and do not have the correct price. So many customers weren't wearing masks and being so blatant about it.

I went to this Walmart location to order a cake for my son’s upcoming birthday because it was technically closer to my house than another location. Upon going to the bakery, I saw 2 staff members who were assisting other customers. I was looking at the cake book that they had out and another staff member went behind the counter and did not acknowledge me or say anything. This was fine and I expected a staff member who was no longer assisting a customer to ask me if I needed anything. Well she did not. Instead she completely ignored me and went across the counter to where a staff member was still helping another customer and asked to assist a new customer that had just walked up to the counter.

I went to another location that was further from my home and received much better customer service and they had the entire cake booklet out, where warrensville had not. And I also shopped around the store because the shelves weren’t bare like the warrensville location. I will never go to this location again.

Dirty and always ran through. Never enough lines opened. Picked up some ground beef that was warm and turning brown, probably had been sitting out somewhere and they just put it back. If you have an hour to wait in line come to this store as self checkout is now limited to 20 items and card only. Walmart is steadily going downhill

No available shopping carts had to walk outside to the parking lot to get one. The self-checkout line was super fast because they do not disinfect in-between customers.

They need A little more help for this store overall great for shopping they have food here and some of their clothing should be A little more inexpensive.

Customer Service there is terrible! Not to mention when you call to check on a product. No one, the customer service representatives, Operator or Associates answer the phone on any given day. When shopping in the store, you can't find anyone to help you. All you see are the customers like myself wondering around, but you're spending your money in this store. The only plesant experience is when you finally make it to the register where the cashiers are kind and curtious.

Crowded, self check out was moving but if you don't want to do that then you're going to be waiting. Apparently Walmart no longer employs cashiers!

I was attempting to purchase some winter boots.they were on the top shelf and I couldn't reach them. I asked a store associated for help.she was so rude and nasty acting towards me.

Usually never has items in stock. Only states item in stock, get to store and item not there.
I usually have to go to Macedonia Ohio store to get my items. I under not having food items, but what’s the excuse for not having electronics. Needed an Xbox one time and not in stock, went another time for an PS4 headset, not in stock.

Slow, only 2-3 open when busy, self checkout always down, sometimes don't have product. Clean, somewhat organized

Most of the self checkout stands were not working when I was there & it takes too long for an associate to come address the issue. They need more people on the registers If they cannot keep the self checkout on line

This Walmart is one of the newest near the Cleveland Ohio area it is somewhat clean they had a nice amount of staff working that was restocking the shelves at this time of evening which is 10 p.m. On a Friday night. Surprisingly, no long lines or crowded self check stations overall experience

They have become a bit more organized my only complaint is the rude customers that act like they dont understand days thar are busy and the amount of staff they have.be quiet or go somewhere else.lines are long enough without having to hear your mouths and can cause employees to be rude because of your energy
