Why am I so surprised… I arrived at 5: 45 pm on a Tuesday to return some merchandise, but because no customer service representatives were available or because they decided to show up late, no one could make any returns. How does a store exist where a manager isn’t available or chooses not to fill the role of a customer service representative when an employee comes in late?

Wonderful. Great workplace, great shopping environment, great people. Save money, live better. Walmart!

I wish the Dinning Area was Open more often than Only Twice a week. But the food was cooked to order well and the service was friendly.

It is nice. It has a shelves (best way to describe it) with lost of different candy next to the registers. It is clean.

I was waiting over 40 minutes to have fabric cut in the fabric department. I rang the button for assistance when I first arrived, waited 20 minutes, then called the store, only for it to ring for 3 minutes before I was hung up on. This happened twice. I pushed the button and called another few times until it had been 40 minutes. I eventually found a store associate to help me, and she said she would get someone, so I finally got my fabric cut. Ridiculously long trip for 6 yards of fabric. These store employees are expected to be in 5 places at once by corporate.

The 2 main women who run each self checkout at this Walmart are extremely rude and racist, in my opinion. As I am unfairly tormented by them how else could I feel. I was told I couldn't go out the self checkout with more than 15 items. But I only had 16. Then the guy behind me with double the amount went through and they laughed at me like it was so funny. I asked to speak to the store manager Gregory or Zachary and no one would help me. I sat back and video tapped all the other people that went through that line and not one soul had problems but me and almost all had more that 25 or 30 items. I plan on exposing this store. I'm extremely tired of rude hateful employees. When this store first opened it was moved from ridge road. These women are bitter it was moved. Their anger shouldn't be taken out on me, I do not deserve it.

My mother went to walmart yesterday. She’s from Peru and is visinting for a couple pf weeks. While she doesn’t feel comfortable speaking English, she understands it very very well. She likes to let people know who are helping her in stores that she can’t speak English so they don’t feel offended if she doesn’t answer, and her experience has usually been that people say “don’t worry about it”, and are very welcoming. Yesterday, the cashier at the check out was extremely rude to her, refused to help her, and then finished by saying “well, i dont speak Spanish” in a very condescending way. I would like to believe that walmart is an inclusive store, and that racism is not part of their core values. Do better walmart.

The security guard bogus I asked her to open the lottery machine because my $5.00 got stuck in there she said no it only shows uput a $1 in I said can u just check please and she acted real disrespectful like imma lie bout $5 when I had money in my pocket

I like the Supercenters because to can purchase everything in one store. They need to do better though with order on line for pickup. My stepdaughter ordered two canopies today for pickup around 7 and put me down as the person who was picking them up. When I got there, as I don't have the app to let them know I was there, I called the number on the sign. Phone rang for a bit then voicemail said leave a message and they'd get back to me at their earliest convenience. Tried twice same results so had to call my stepdaughter to go on her app to let them know what spot I was at to pick up order. They were at my SUV within 5 minutes. Hard telling how long I would have been there if I'd left a message.

Getting held up by someone checking receipts on the way out isn't fun won't be coming back

Employees at this location were very helpful with telling me where the items I needed were and were very polite

Workers standing around not doing anything. 3 registers open and it's a Friday with a full parking lot.ugh

Their delivery service is trash. Half of my order didn't show up today. And as usually those people don't answer their phones. Don't get a delivery from this store

MOLD IN THE DAIRY SECTION! I reported mold to Walmart several days ago, but they lied about fixing it and when I went yesterday there were still MOLDLY PRODUCTS BEING SOLD! It is a criminal act to knowingly sell tainted products and Walmart’s disregard of this issue is not acceptable
