Walmart Supercenter, Bowling Green OH

Went there to order a couple of sheet cakes. Stood there for five minutes, workers were walking around and looked at me but yet, NOT ONE asked if I needed help. I guess since Walmart is all about self checkout, the company is under the impression that customers don’t need assistance. I ended up walking away and went to a competitor.

They are redoing the whole store but remains open. Workers understand that finding your favorite items maybe harder to find now but are very very helpful in helping you find what you're looking for!

I don't like Walmart. Rude people.workers and shoppers. I feel like prices should be a lot lower. Quality and atmosphere is trashy.

Great customer service, friendly staff, clean restrooms, I always find what I need they have a good inventory of their merchandise. The have cute Christmas jamas for pets as well, back to school supplies at a good price too.

This Walmart has a much different layout from a few other stores that I typically go to. So this made my "quick" trip quite a bit longer. I understand that the stores have their limitations in stock locations, but the item I wanted was at opposite ends of the building compared to where it is located in other stores. Also, the item selections for products that I was looking for had a very limited choices in sizes & designs. I think the competition across town might have a better selection, I didn't have time to swing by that store though.

Nothing epitomizes the modern lack of customer service quite like this location. Employees refuse to acknowledge you exist. No getting, no eye contact, just want to get back to using their cell phones as quickly as possible.

The remodel has really let this place go downhill, everything feels more restricted and claustrophobic, half of the self checkout was unavailable and everybody was crowded around the front of the store. Can't even find what I need half the time. This whole thing was pointless

I'll be contacting some kind of attorney. They screwed up the tires on my vehicle and then refused to take responsibility for it. Nobody answers the phone (I was on hold ringing between departments for 15 minutes) and when I showed up to get a simple tire balance (something they were supposed to do when I replaced all four of my tires, but didn't) I was told they stop doing tires at 4. They close at 7. And no signs posted said anything about that. The man told me he'd look in the back and talk to the ONLY guy working back there (despite me seeing two of the guys in blue jumpsuits plain as day back there) and see if he'd do it, and then he came back with some bogus story saying nobody there was "qualified" to balance the tires. He's qualified to do everything else, but he can't do tires? This place is a madhouse.

Was charge too much so I went back and the lady told me she can’t hold her cashier accountable. Well if I told the cashier that I was using EBT why would she feel the need to split my payment up as if I didn’t have enough money to pay for my food. So at the end of the day if I’m telling her I’m using ebt it’s her fault not mines. The customer services was terrible cause the lady with the blond hair with the red or purple lip stick she could of took care of the situation better and talk to the cash about her mistake we all make mistakes in life. Then on top of that brought some feral the cereal was stale.

In the process of remodel so store was unorganized. Will probably be very nice when done. Associate I asked a question was very nice and found what I needed

The worker Morgan is ableist and rude to everybody.
Melissa aka ""Pie"" treats workers who are neurodiverse or have issues with speed like they are a burden and like they are stupid.
They do NOT stop in fighting.

Do NOT work here. Shop there if you want, but do not bother working for them.

Horrible place to work for. Team lead Gina likes to yell at her employees infront of customers and insult their intelligence. No respect for the work you do, they just spend time looking for stuff wrong. You can’t put on a nice face for customers and then treat your employees badly.

Seriously? I have teenage girls that have to try stuff on, and you guys took out the fitting rooms?
