Walmart Supercenter, Columbus OH

Stuff not stocked, which is all Wal-marts I go to. Either not stocked or quit carrying. Also this particular store had stuff to stock, problem is, it was everywhere. In the way. Wouldn't go back to this store.

This store is the definition of a bad customer service from the back all the way to the costumer service desk, employees were rude and unhelpful when looking for a online article available in store they just were too lazy to go and find it so they just told us “sometimes it says it is available online but it isn’t in store” but they didn’t even try to look for the item,

Worst walmart ever. Employees and Managers too worried about playing on their phones than helping customers. 3 employees in this trip alone ran into me because they were more worried about their phones than paying attention and doing their job. Older female manager too busy on her phone to care I slipped and fell in the restroom because the floor is soaked in water. Store manager refuses to come talk to customers

256 wal mart every thing was fine until I tried to go pick up a few groceries one night, the tortillas were in the dairy section molded and the employee acted as if he didn't care because it "wasn't his area", also for late night heavy shopping the u scans are the only things open.

It's a Walmart. Slowest cashiers ever and never enough lanes open, but what else is new. Needs more uscan lanes, there was long lines even for them. The Blu-ray I wanted was opened and someone stole the keychain that was supposed to come with the special edition, was their last copy. Guess this place has the standard Walmart crowd. Walked out and got my purchase somewhere else. Thanks for reminding me why I avoid Walmart.

AMAZING PLACE! So full of items I've never seen in my local walmart. Very well laid out. Door greater are polite and friendly. Bag checkers are courteous and unbiased. Wonderful place to go. Wonderful! I wish I lived closer.

Good place just renew from inside and aded more electronics on the back good place for every thing (food, cloath, medicen, and auto)

This particular Walmart did not have the items I wanted, their inventory was low on many things and it was hard to find someone to help me several clerks were standing around talking

Store was out of a lot of supplies and stock they said they were remodeling but that was not remodeling

I offer kudos for any company that makes accomodations for handicapped or disabled people. This Wal-Mart was managed by an extraordinary person, and staffed by high quality personnel. It was spotless, well stocked, and very organized. Although it was clear that a couple of departments had been overrun by shoppers (shoes for example) the sales associate seemed to be undaunted and remained happily helpful. The experience left me smiling.

Place looked like a run down dollar general.boxs of unstocked items lined the floors waited for 20 mins at the new PICK UP. Machine which was a bad tool because item was never located and no staff came to help after i smashed the help button for 20 mins and. And the self check linea were insane and only 3 normal check lanes were open. I wouldnt shop at that location on georgesville rd if you paid me to.

I thought all Walmart Supercenters were 24 hrs. This one closed at midnight. Made an announcement at 1140 that they were closing. I did 10 min of shopping and 40 min of waiting in line. There was no self checkouts and maybe 4 cashiers open.

Yall are stupid, you're losing a competition with amazon the only thing saving you was youre open 24 hours now thats over

Wooooh this Walmart is gross and unorganized. I couldn't find what I needed and ended up walking out without buying anything.

They changed hours and was no sign or notice, then a rude employee grabbed my cart and said "Sir we're closed, need to take this to the register now. " Got to the only register open and waited 15 minutes. In that time I could have finished shopping. Store was a disasterous mess and dust over the are I needed to grab an item due to construction.

Not enough open check outs. Self serve checkouts are all lit up needing an attendant. No one around.

Literally the worst Wal-Mart ive ever been too! Prostitutes turning tricks in the parking lot, i seen 5 shop lifters bolt and knock people down. Employees were incredibly rude.and oh yeah its Saturday 8pm only ine cashier.yeah. Id shut it down before theres a murder ir homicide at that Wal-Mart.

Customer service lacks customer service. However, items are reasonably priced and the check out lines moves fast!

The service is be excellent and the guys in electronic and health and beauty section are friendly and helped me find me stuff

I still give this Walmart the same score I did before. This time 7/05/18 they refused to price match their own stores. The Walmart at Westpointe has their 18ct eggs for. 71 and they refused to give them to me for that price.
