Walmart Supercenter, Cincinnati OH

Very long lines! There were more self checkout opens than other lines. It is like this all the time & has been for years. I was told by manager recently that they are having a difficult time hearing people due to positive for weed. Legalize it America! People are so rude down there!

I purchased ink for my printer, only to find that the had been opened, some of the ink cartridges removed, with some cartridges out back in unsealed plastic bags, and the box closed using a hot glue gun.

Do not purchase printer ink from Walmart.

It never fails, you go in this Walmart to pick up one (1) item. 30 people in line ahead of you. Only two (2) registers open. Why is this so hard to fix!

Please, please, please open more than two registers. Please!

I went to the Walmart in Evendale to transfer some money at the customer service department. They were very slow and need to improve there demeanor when serving customers. Me and my sister met a nice young man in the home entertainment department and he was very nice and helpful as far as customer service. They need to take a page from him.

Walmart u really messed me around about my daughter's b'day cake. How was I suppose to give her a cake that didn't have a name on it. R u serious. Unbelievable, so disappointed what was the reason to preorder it if it wasn't going to be done correctly.

It was terrible. I don't know why I even wasted my time. Nothing is ever where it is supposed to be.and of course no one is around to help you as well. I find it hard to believe that the store did not have one single dehumidifier. If they did God only knows where it's at.

I picked up two items that I ordered online and proceeded to leave the Walmart store. As I passed the electronic sensors, I set off an alarm and had to show the attendant my cell phone to show that I had picked up an order that I had bait online. No one warn me that I was going to set off an alarm. I was not offered a receipt when I left the pick up counter with my items.

I bought two shirts yesterday, took them back today for a bigger size and to my surprise the price had gone up and I couldn't get the same shirts for the price I paid yesterday so I got a refund

Good location for me it was quick in and out especially @ the time that I went it was in the very early morning hours really before big crowds, still during regular shoppers tyme I feel this Walmart checkout speeds aren't delayed much.

Very very bad, I was parked here for 3 hours at night, tow truck hooks you up before they wake you and force you to pay, I understand I didn't see the no parking sign but thats on me, what made me never want to shop at walmart agian was the staff was laughing at me when I went inside with the tow man to make a withdraw at the atm. No respect

Walmart always have only 3 lanes open.is not very convienient for customers. I have had altercations with workers and the lady thought i was playing like look lady your going to get fired for arguing with me about me going through the express lane with 24 items she tried to say i was stealing. And i had more money on me then most do coming here. Lesson learned dont go to wally world on saturday. Workers have attitudes.

My shopping experience at Walmart is always horrible, there are never enough lanes open, never anyone available to ask questions or to find merchandise, and everyone has an attitude, like you are bothering them, I try not to go there but unfortunately for me I sometimes have to.

Walmart employees always have a terrible attitude. When you ask for help with something they act like you are putting them out. Sorry, I didn't know you were at work to not work. The younger employees always seem to be playing around, not working and cutting customers off in the aisles. I only stop here for a few things. I never spend a lot of time or money here. Not to mention when you do spend a lot of time here it's because there's 1 register open and that person is moving like molasses in December.

This was the first time EVER that I have been able to pick up an order from Walmart and it not take over 20 minutes. I was in & out in about 5 minutes or less.

This location place is terrible at night time hours. Most ive been to keep the self checkout open all night. This one only has one lane open after 9 even during holiday season. It was packed with a backup line and they didnt even care. So if you go here after 9pm you may wait to check out for an hour or so.

I'd give my experience today less if it wasn't for the sweet girl working the electronics desk. There is a reason why people shop on line more these days. Quite understaffed at this location today and you could see it with the attitudes in customers forced to wait for long times before being helped. So sad. My expectations are low so I wasn't bothered with my wait since I was able to get a great price on an item marked down.

As usual long check out lines and hardly anyone working. Left without my product i went in for because it was the closet place i came to but wasnt worth the wait!

Crowded but everyone was in a good mood.thank God. Store is always neat and organized and lots of people on the floor working so if you have any questions there is always someone there to ask. I live 25 minutes away from this Walmart in Evendale and about 10 minutes away from colerain Walmart but will always go to Evendale because its always organized and not so chaotic.

Negative stars. Works always walking around, not enough registers open. Money center psst expect to wait half the day for anything only one cashier there too smh when will Walmart put their customer service first

Who had the bright idea to put gallon tea on the top shelf where most people can't reach, and out of stock products is always a problem in this location
