Walmart Supercenter, Cincinnati OH

This is my preferred Walmart. They’re generally always clean and well stocked. Bud is my favorite worker at the deli. He always has exceptional service.

They really need to get someone that knows how to place orders for things they are out of and which kind of items they need to restock. Good luck finding the same cat or dog food two times in a row.

Tons of inventory, lots of helpful staff, very forward thinking.

Went to pickup my new glasses from the vision center after getting my prescription done up.

The vision center alone is a safe haven of awesome. Friendly, personable and studiously quick service.

Overall, best walmart I've been too in years.

5/5 would shop again!

There's never no one there to help you find your merchandise you can't get waited on I waited 2 hours to look at some jewelry very poor place to visitv I am personally do not like Walmart

I was there to get 2 tires and related services. They had a good selection and range of prices. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a good estimate of the time of waiting and repair time.

Was lied to by the Pharmacist, will never get a perception filled there again! Was told couldn't use Rx coupon went to Walgreens and they used it. I was out $30 the first time. Never again!

Long line.one person left to take all returns.people just up and went away like people arent trying to keep moving on.then after long wait in line.i get to my turn then computer program was sooo slow.

I haven't been to Walmart in a really long time since I had a bad experience the last time I was there, but when visiting today the store seemed much cleaner (like they had done some major visual upgrades), there were short lines, and the cashier was extra friendly.

Same as any other Walmart. Friday before Christmas and very few registers open. Not a surprise for them. I did think it might have been a little bit different than others since it's close to the bigger city

Tried getting fabric cut, took FOREVER to get someone to wait on us and the scissors hey used to cut with were so dull it looks like a two year old did it.

I bought a game online that I did not open and tried to return. After waiting in line for and inexcusable a long time at the service desk the unopened game and the shipping insert / receipt in hand, they couldn't find it in their system so I was told they cannot do anything about it and I have to call Walmart. So now I get to sit through a long phone menu and try to deal with this over the phone.

Poor customer service from the photo desk to the automotive department. Even the old man customer greeter was extremely rude. Told the manager and she said he can be like that sometimes.well get rid of him then.

Waited over half a hour to get a response from a supervisor for a approval for a return battery core charge. A half a hour of my life to wait on several incompetent people to do 1 simple job I am lived on Thier part

Went in late at night. No register open except self serve. I rang bell after putting items on reg line asking to be rang out by a cashier. I was told I'd have a while to wait if I did not use u scan. I left my 150.00 purchase and shopped Meijer.

I would've given a five star if I would not have had a bad experience with one of the managers, maybe he's an assistant, I believe his name is Dennis? Maybe he needs to go back to training on how to treat customers with kindness and respect. Other than that 95% of the employees are great. They are kind, fun and just down to earth and they make me feel welcome.

They've always had decent selection, but they are just like most large corporations. They're understaffed which leads to angry employees who aren't very helpful if you're even able to locate them. While at the back of the store, we were told to go to the front desk to ask for help at the paint desk because it was not their job to page people. #Murica

I always use the scan and go because they have a retirement center working there. Racist worker who assisted she has to check my 11,9,7 and 14 year old nieces IDs because I a 37 year old woman was purchasing a wine cooler. She harasses customers gets in your face. They need to be better judges at who they employ.

Usually this late at night you have to maneuver around carts of stock but everything was put up nice and neat. The store was very clean and the employees kept busy cleaning even more.

Do not buy an air bed at Wal-Mart.
If you do.plan on it lasting about 6 months.
Computer in store selection is very lacking at the red Bank location.
Looked very tossed around.one or two computers to look at
Not all of us want to.stare at a phone screen to select a computer.
And you don't seem to have much in the way of staff who know much about product.

Always 25 check out lines and nobody working them.maybe 1 or 2 lines open in whole store and thats at 4 o clock on a Saturday afternoon.needs to be addressed and fixed.
