Walmart Supercenter, Moraine OH

Store was clean, staff was nice. I did not find what I was looking for because there were a lot of out of stock items. Overall it was a good shopping experience.

There was only one cashier open in the entire. The rest of the check outs were self checkout. It's as if f this store was trying to force me to use the self checkout. I like using cashier s. I will never go to this store again.

As always, we had the best time! We saw old friends and made new friends, too.

Everyone spoke good English

I hate they only have one register open. Always. No matter how busy they are. Employees standing around on days you can find them. Most of them so rude. Only reason I go is convenience.

Generally a disorganized chaos! Greeter today was great but had the worst experience ever here! If it weren't for the need of scrubs asap; I would never shop there!

I have called this Walmart several times to inquire about simple things. Do you have a hair salon in your store. Do you have Asian Pears in your store right now. I had a photo question once pertaining to that location. Convenient because of proximity of surrounding doctored. Not one time has anyone EVER answered the phone so I could ask a question! The phone automatically hangs up after 40-50 rings! I’m sick of it and will NEVER use this Walmart again!

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Horrible customer service. The cashiers are beyond lazy. And extremely rude. They care more about Darnika's fingers nails, then the line of 12 people trying to check out. Definitely the epitome of a cess pool. I literally left my cart in line and got out of there. I thought Franklin Walmart was bad. But this wasteland takes the cake

Very long check out lines in both self serve and staffed lines. Hmm.perhaps staff should monitor more frequently to keep check out times less than the 25 minutes I experienced.

Just stopped buy to buy fruit. The small seedless watermelons had many fruit flies above the carton. Picked one up it was mushy. Was hesitant to purchase but I did. Not the mushy one. I Went to check out and had only self check outs open. Which I did not like. The the watermelon had no tag. Clerk could not find the correct fruit number. I had to do back and pick one with a tag which many did not. Won't revist this Walmart.

Hate this place, the staff are not friendly, nothing's in order and all you get from staff are rude stairs and they are all unprofessional.won't come back!

Rude staff, staff also tries ignore you while on the floor. They don't know how to answer a phone so don't even try to call.go to any other Walmart other than this one

Maybe three registers are open at a time, and I stood in line for almost an hour because BOTH cashiers were slow. The woman who was there then her break replacement. Either do away with registers and open more self check out lines or have more cashiers to check people out. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I went to their vision center. I have used them for years. They have many knowledgeable people. They have frames for the entire family as low as 9.00 for a pair

I called ahead to see if they had a specific type of oil and the gentleman who answered the phone not only checked but put it in the front so I didn't have to wander through the store to find it. He was so helpful and courteous. I was so appreciative because my back is so bad I wouldn't have been able to go all the way to the back of the store to the automotive department to find it.

Went to store for online order pickup and no employee was at pickup location. 2 or 3 people also waiting for help. After 15 minutes an employee finally appeared.

Walmart stores everywhere are slowly rolling down hill. The employees never have the stock done right, they are always backed up on the front end and customers are always waiting in line.

Typical wall mart for the most part 1000 people shoping and 2 registers open however at this walmart the employees are very rude and have a smart mouth. Waited in line 1 hour to check out.

I had a gift card that I was using to by groceries. Something came up and required a manager to override and approve the transaction. The cashier stood there, holding the line of a dozen people, just staring. Half our food stated thawing out, and management gave us and attitude. The store is dirty, with food scattered around or empty. I would rather give this place 0 stars.

I will never shop here ever ever again, worst walmart in the world. My daughter is going to central state for 3 weeks with the upward bound college program so we come here to get little things she needs for the 3 week stay. There had ad bras on sale so I told her to grab a few but try them on first, we go there the fitting room they're closed? The store doesn't close until 11pm but this happened at 10 pm (smh) first of all why are you closing the dressing room anyway? The lady was sitting there doing nothing but tells me "ma'am you can buy both sizes and return the ones you don't want " excuse me how about I go to miller lane. That pissed me off, I had just explained to this lady our situation now why would you even say that? We live way on the other side of town but I will never come here again. 2 bras (smh)

As normal checkouts not properly staffed, self-checkout system not working properly either, scan and bag keeps saying repeatedly, remove the unscaned item and scan.
