The rudest female employees I ever met. Never have I ever been treated so badly as by the ladies.
I would not recommend them at all. They tell you one thing about your glasses then another person tells you something completely different. They have no patience with the customer. And by time you walk out of the place you have already heard so many excuses why your glasses are not inn. After they tell you on the phone they are ready.

Wonderful experience, staff explained benefits of the various lens options.uv.glares and what not. Had an issue with my check.staff was patient and even went above and beyond to print off paperwork I wil need for my HSA account due to the fact I payed with a credit card because my savings check was getting declined for an odd unknown reason. Haven't picked up my glasses yet due to fact today was the day I had my exam and purchased my glasses.

The female employees are rude! They act annoyed when they answer the phone. They do not return phone calls as promised. Dana, an employee, violated HIPAA during our visit. I get it's Wal-Mart and a convenient place to go but they need to do better. At least find new staff that won't engage in federal violations. Will not return.

A little slow, but the exam was excellent and the staff was courteous. Been there twice as of this time.

The women that work there are rude as hell. I will not ever do business at the vision center ever again.
